Should RACE START be moved to 22:00 UK time

Due to some technical issues on my end, the spotter's guide may be delayed until after the race.

Defeats the purpose of it, but I'd rather have every car in every round well documented.

Announcement for GTE:

Porsche is to receive a 1% power buff. Hopefully this fixes the pace deficit seen in Race 1, hopefully in turn allowing the car to sustain more pace when extending fuel stint or to outright overcome a lack of fuel efficiency vs. the rest of the field.

Result; the car will run at 535 bhp as of Race 2.

ROUND 10 (WEC ROUND 3) PRE-RACE POST

Track: Autodromo Lago Maggiore-GP
Track Time: 11:30 (Qualifying), 18:15 (Race)
Race Length: 54 Laps (Approx. 90 Minutes)

Date: October 5, 2019
Lobby Opening: 22:00 UTC
Qualifying Start: 22:30 UTC
Race Start: 23:00 UTC

After the very exciting battle of the GTE class in Interlagos, we hope to continue with more of the same at Maggiore. This time it's a much more straightforward multiclass split, with the P1s now getting their first on-track action with the GTEs, and with Maggiore a much faster track overall than Interlagos, we are due for some tense high speed overtaking moments.

Key points to remember, as always:
  • Everyone has free choice on starting the race on either Racing: Hard or Racing: Medium tyres.
  • When a car suffers Engine Damage, regardless of collision with another car or from a single car accident, drivers are required to indicate "D" in the in-game chat.
  • The race will start as soon as the in-game Rolling Start countdown ends.

We're a bit shorthanded this weekend compared to the previous events, but nonetheless, some good racing is to be had.
Unlike the last time though, the spotter's guide is now published on time.

ROUND 11 (WEC ROUND 4) PRE-RACE POST

Track: Nurburgring GP
Track Time: 12:00 (Qualifying), 17:00 (Race)
Race Length: 66 Laps (Approx. 115 Minutes)

Date: October 12, 2019
Lobby Opening: 22:00 UTC
Qualifying Start: 22:30 UTC
Race Start: 23:00 UTC

We're now at the second back to back weekend of the WEC half of the season, which means we're also getting to the halfway point! After the race of attrition for the GTE class that was Maggiore, the championship looks close as ever. In the P2 class, however, we're still waiting for someone to mount a serious challenge against CJ, whose current form is making the title looking more and more certain.

NOTES:
  • Due to conflicting entries, @Sinyster is required to choose which class to participate in, which also determines the possible entry of @TNR_5zigen in this race.
  • Should @FeloneousMonk fail to confirm attendance/non-attendance for this race, it would be the 3rd consecutive non-confirmation, effectively revoking their entry for the rest of the season.

Due to the low amount of entries out of various circumstances from everyone, we've decided to postpone the race a week in hopes that this will allow for the usual attendees to be able to participate in the race. This post is here to reconfirm the attendance of everyone to Round 11 of the series that will now be held this weekend.
