Although I fully respect the rules of this forum, I hardly see how us posting a lot in our team thread is affecting the rest of the forum...I feel like we somehow got ourselves a "bad boy" reputation based on the fact that we like to keep in touch with our teammate while PSN is down. But, I guess rules are rules. Lets keep it on-topic (whatever "on-topic" is in a team thread )

I wonder why they added kinect support. Make a fast movement and it'll take half a second to respond (Not trying to start up a war). I think that's a wasted part of the game.

Yeah, I'm dishing out my PWTS for Kinect to drift on FM4 :) But seriously I use Kinect for fitness games, the only games I play on xbox nowadays.

Cant help you there mate, we could practice and fail together, but why would i bother drifting with a DS3 when i have my noisemaker DFGT..

I can't drift on DS3 either. Heck I can't even race with it. My fingers are better for something else.

Oops I read Scaff's post too late. Is it too late to delete my two previous posts above?

@Meerkat, try the FC, it drifts much smoother and more forgiving compared to other cars in GT5.

I bet we have a tally somewhere which has everything we have done that's bad on it.... ;)

How it affects the rest of the forum is quite simple, if we allow anything to be discussed in this team thread then it quite clearly sets a precedent that the same can be done in any thread.

After all if the AUP is not applied consistently then it can't realistically be enforced at all.

Now if you had no other alternative then I could understand the frustration, however a link to the social groups have already been provided, which offers the exact solution you need.

You will also find that having members of this team throwing insults at the staff (for asking you to follow the rules you all agreed to) will do little to help this situation.

To be fair we can't stop the abuse. It's off the posters own accord and as a team we can only force this to a certain extent. We have been posting on topic so far up until now which is good right? 👍

Jeff we should take the moderators advice and perhaps create a thread in the link they posted. This will stop anyone else being banned. In the end a good team communicates it doesn't matter about skill or activity but we can't communicate if we can't post. We just need to chill a bit and everyone please stop posting abuse. I'd hate for this thread to be closed.

and the logo needs to change but this was lol for now..

Group thread?

EDIT: Scaff (if your still watching) is the group setup properly? Can we discuss anything we want?
Also: how do i invite people into the group?

The set-up looks finer to me and you can discuss any topic as long as it doesn't break the AUP.

Exactly what I have it at just because it has a nice even pp. I haven't tuned the downforce yet that'll probably help, thanks.

When ever I look at that car it just screams Japanese at me.

Nice. I own one but never tried drifting it. I might try it soon. Just to add. I opened up my DFGT and loving every bit of it. After some school work I'm going to test drifting!
Anyone got a good tune for the Corvette?

I'm loving my fails even more than my success with this wheel! I still haven't attempted drifting..

Man you got me tempted now. I'm seeing them for under 50 quid.

Has anyone got a wee tune I can try for this Honda? I would check the tuning thread but I'd prefer it if it was from someone I know.

On the DFGT, it's worth getting! It's the most fun I've had playing GT5 in a long time. It will be hard at first but it only gets better from there. Racing seems so much more interesting. Drifting is pretty hard as well, I cant turn the wheel quick enough. The X2010 makes the wheel shake like crazy above 250mph! Even on FFB on 1. The wheel also has a pretty nice kick in it. The X2010 challenge got me hooked, it was the most wheel shaking event I've ever done. Too much goes on to drive an X2010 in manual.
