Only in organised events that allow it. As I explained to another GTP member some time ago, nitrous shares certain similarities with KERS. So if there is a FGT series that uses (/ enforces) it as a KERS-without-being-it, I'll install it on an FGT. But my life doesn't depend on whether or not all my cars are equipped with it.

If you can install it on any car in the game. Then I will do. I'll treat it as DRS and only use it on the straights that I would deem a DRS straight.

I think it will be beneficial to the newer people who dont have throttle control yet on corner exit with higher hp cars. They can go with their low hp, low weight cars and push the button when on the straights

This.

In PP Races Nitrous could make up for the lack of power on longer straights.

NOS is just a company that makes nitrous kits, Nitrous Oxide Systems. Educate yourself.

NOS is also the abbreviation of Nitrous Oxide System, educate YOURself. That's where that "NOS" brand got it from, they didn't just throw three random letters together to make a name .

EDIT: I'll use it if I need to, no more no less! I still voted NO.

And he said NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
I'll instal it on my TVR Speed 12 because there's no such thing as too much power, even if said car can't cope with half the power it has at stock. I think the idea is to use it as soon as you brake, just before you actually steer for that full adrenaline rush.

Twas a double post so I better use this space wisely.
Honda Carol 360 will be treated so she can crack the monstrous speed that is 110 Mph without being gravity assisted

All? No, but I will use it on time trial, drag or other such non-championship cars. Definitely looking forward to the extra options it provides.

You mean KERS right. DRS = Drag Reduction System. KERS = A kinetic energy recovery system

I think it's got some potential in certain race events. Set aside what it's used for in the RW and like others have mentioned if can be used as F1 type "KERS" adds a new dimension to those style races.

No I mean DRS. I would only use the NOS boost on certain straights. I.e. Hangar and Wellington straight on Silverstone like they do in F1. KERS can be used anywhere where as I won't be doing that.

I bet PD hasn't thought of the online consequences of this. Everyone will be forced to use it to be competitive.

I sincerely hope you are wrong, but given PD's track record for odd implementation and not thinking things through... I have a bad feeling about this.

I have no problem using it as a stand-in for boost systems that exist like in F1, but it has no place in regular "GT" racing.

No I will not be putting it on all my cars. I will be putting it on some of them only time will tell which ones.

Nos can be used anywhere too and it works in a similar way to KERS. Nos doesnt work anything like DRS

I will put it on as many cars as I ca. I welcome its return.

No. They've had nitrous in other games I've played and I put it on 1 or 2 cars just to see what it was like. It's not something I tend to use much.

Or it will produce epic fast and furious moments when someone uses it too soon and someone waits for the perfect time to push the NOS button

Yes I know that NOS can be used anywhere like KERS not DRS. But I will be using it as a DRS equivalent in time trials and races.
