Being my first ever league race in GTS, this was a tremendous personal experience. I came across this forum trying to figure out how to even get on a league. Lucky for me, the hospitality of this group has been over the top, explaining any doubts I had on how all these worked. I really appreciate this!

My experience is mostly on F1 games. As I recently started on GTS clearly I need some practice to get to your level!

Still don't know what happened in the last try race to get in the main, both times I did not get the start lights and froze on the grid, sorry about that, am pulling my hair to know what happened -_- I am sorry the race had to restart, I can imagine how annoying it can be.

Anyways, what a cool group to race with, thanks a lot for the experience, looking forward to future races.

Thanks!

FUr0XZ - (I really did not think my gamertag through when I chose it back in the day, I promise Im not "FUing" anyone :) )

PS: Yesterday I learned that winning races against AI at "Professional" is NOT a good benchmark!!!

i just saw grandpas money ahead of me in "americas cup" but also in the top three of BotR... i guess my question is.. is it possible to be in top three of both by the end of the season? how does the drop apply in that situation? (just picking Gmoney cause his name stuck out, no other reason) would a win in BOTR be dropped over a poor finish in the final?

Glad you decided to join and become a part of the ARL community. One thing you may want to do before joining a lobby is to clear your cache.

Yes it is possible, but unlikely to finish top 3 in both championships.

As far as the drop week works, your worst week for each championship will be dropped. These do not have to be the same week.

okay... so if Gmoney never races in the BotR the rest of the season does that one race get dropped? (just using him as an example)

Hmm I will try to figure it out. I'm new to this.

The way I do it, I screenshot the pic on PS4, and send it in a psn message to my other account. Then I open it in psn messenger on my phone, save it to my phone. Then when you post here select upload a file and then attach it to your post.

if the pics are shared on your activity feed you can go to the gran turismo website and go to the community tab and log in to your account. Then you can get anything you have on your activity feed from there.

That is a pretty hard way of doing it LOL. I just put my thumb drive in the playstation and save the photo to the thumb drive. Then the thumb drive can up load the photo anywhere I am at.

How do I clear my cache? The way I know is by restarting the PS4. Is there another way?

its quite simple, you can do it from the lobby even. in the top left you can click on settings, then click on the network tab(back towards botttom right or center right of screen) and it will pull up a box and pretty much the only option is to clear cache, click that, then return to lobby.

... i try to get into the habbit of clearing it everytime i leave the track if im in a large lobby. but i dont always do that, only when people getting stuck seems to be an issue. and it seems to come and go....

Exactly what I do with my two accounts as well

This is a great way, as when you click on the pic, it opens as decently high res in a separate window. You can actually just copy and paste it.
