Completely removing the option to look left and right because something like 5% of the cars in the game need extra buttons is silly.
Maybe if players could set their own button layouts it wouldn't be an issue...

I don't know if I changed something by accident but the wheel on screen used to match my T300. Now the virtual wheel turns twice as much as the real one. Can someone help me please?

There's only the DOR in the main menu and the physical buttons on the wheel. Are they set the same? For reference i have both mine set to 900 and it looks fine.

Degrees of rotation in menu. Don't know if you saw my edit but my wheel doesn't match up either now. Will investigate. Hope it's not a bug.
EDIT: @WarriusZero I just changed my wheel DOR using the mode button to 1080 and it now looks fine in game. Game menu still says 900 so I guess that doesn't affect the alignment. What's yours set to? You have T300? Hold MODE and press L or R on Dpad and cycle through until you get 5 flashes when you release the button, then you're on 1080.

Well my 900 was working fine before the patch so I assume it's a little update glitch. Hope it works out for you.

Love the 911 Carrera S!! And to me the sounds are much improved, in replays too, as you can hear. And also, the brakes on the older cars now "squeak" under heavy braking.....Really loving these cars!!

First impressions... great sound. The new button layout is fine by me, i use a G29, so it makes sense for me to have a control scheme for this wheel. The Cayman 718 drives like a fast tank, but the 911 Carrera is wonderful. I love the Cayman GT4, fantastic car for serious races and championships. The RSR is crazy and a lot of fun. Did you notice these breaking sounds?!?!?! Next up is the 918...

The 918 Spyder is fast, although to me it feels a bit "numb", and is hard to get into a slide, although seeing it's a (very fast) computer on wheels, it's not surprising! I love the way it "ducks and dives" under braking though!

Yes. I'm using DS4 preset 1, and it is left/right with right stick.

Thanks, i just had a go. There is certainly a big improvement overall, it everything looks smoother and cleaner. The lighting seams better, nice new clouds etc.I tried the KTM because i noticed there was a pause in sound between 3rd and 4th fear previously, that has been fixed.
Steering is better now with the same settings though i will mess about with them as i seam to understeer with the 4 cars i've tried. AI is hit and miss with regards to contact. I smashed a car and it flew into another taking them both out. feels good man, revenge is sweet. I then hit a lotus by ramming into the side and it didn't budge but i span out. I too noticed how so many more rooms were full.
We are much closer now to just being able to race without worrying about why things are missing, Kunos will soon be able to focus on just adding content and features without pressure from us bitching about things (rightly or wrongly ).
P.S Try racing at 18:00 hours, i dare ya.
