What happens in real life?
First, car porn. Now, this? The mods are going to hit you hard!I'm a Hamster that likes to twerk mate!
He's just asking for someone to hit him from behindYou've got a wiggley rear!
Anyone notice how sulky the AI have become now? I keep seeing them parked on the sides not moving, even with damage turned off. Sent a couple there myself too and they just stop. Probably crying inside the car or something. Perhaps the drivers get out and say they've had enough? Occasionally they'll start up again, once the tears have dried.
No, fuel is off. Was only doing 4 lap races to test things out as well. They're still incredibly stupid if you slow down in front of them. They just can't work out how to get round you.Are you playing with fuel consumption? Tried it a couple of months ago and the AI went completly bananas.

Definitely. Plus whatever they tweaked to the race starts has helped as I'm hardly having to restart at all now. Even at Imola. And Monza! They seem to have found some gentlemen to drive their cars now lolThe A.I. seem massively better and I think it could be down to something as simple as reducing their steering rate. Previously they'd go from lock to lock in a blink which meant that if you tapped them, they'd steer into you hard. Seems a lot more natural now.
Just took the Moby Dick out for a spin. I'm surprised how little front end grip it has at speeds and how much you need to turn the wheel 💡
It's epic mate!!! Love it!
It's also like that on the PC (AI can't pass at times)... I don't use AC for AI racing. No, fuel is off. Was only doing 4 lap races to test things out as well. They're still incredibly stupid if you slow down in front of them. They just can't work out how to get round you.
Glad you're enjoying the 911 Carrera S. I like it a lot too. There has been a boatload of discussion on the official forums (PC side) that the Carrera S is too slow/under-powered in the game. Of course, manufacturers like Porsche & BMW have long been known to under-rate their engine output. However, it's strange that the Porsche engineers didn't whisper into Stefano or Aristotelis's ear and say "add 25hp to put it more inline with real world output". I think the main thread that kicked it off was a test with the Corvette Stingray, BMW M4 & Carrera S. Just throwing that out there to see if you guys have any feelings about that topic. See, on the PC side we can pull down developer apps and get 0-60 times... we can get 100kph to 200kph times... we can get all of those crazy types of car magazine performance measurements and the Porsche Carrera S did appear to be a big slower than real life reports.
Also. The older Porsche's in Porsche Pack 1... The Porsche Carrera RSR 3.0, Porsche 917/30 and Porsche 935/78... You may be curious as to the brake behavior when you get out on the track with one of those old dogs. Brake Temperature is activated on those cars, if it's behaving the way it is on PC, so you've got to get a little heat into those brakes for optimum performance. Hear that brake squeal?
Hope everyone is having fun...Any questions I'll try my best to answer 'em.
EDIT: Oh, the Final Gear Ratio might be wrong on the Carrera S as well. It's been reported that it is currently set to 3.44 which is the plain Carrera & Carrera Cabriolet FG. The correct FG is 3.59....I'll bring more information regarding that matter as I learn it.
£24.99How much (GBP if possible) does the season pass cost again? I'm liking the look of the Porsche pack.
We can still do that in the setup screens. For those of us T300 users wanting to look L/R we've chosen to run with the G29 wheel preset which allows for that but gets rid of brake bias anyway, so we have to choose the lesser of two evils, so to speak.Sounds like a right mess they've made of controls for consoles.
I know this isn't the answer to people's problems. You want to be able to change Brake Bias on the fly in cars that support it, but is there at least a setup option where you could make Brake Bias adjustments before you hit the track? I know that doesn't help the entire situation, but just curious if you've lost the ability completely.

I agree, a keyboard would be perfect.
I've been wondering if that's part of the holdup on the Red Pack because of the Ferrari SF15-T.
