I'm loving these classic versions of tracks. I've always wanted a racing sim that focused on classic tracks, and Assetto Corsa is as close as I've ever gotten to that.

I'm sure it would be entirely too much work to be worthwhile but I'd love for a game to recreate the Mille Miglia or the Carerra Panamericana since they can no longer be run IRL
The Mille Miglia was a game on PS2 iirc.

They have the point cloud for the full Spa but they don't think it warrants the effort involved. That was in the YouYube show with the track guy on as a guest.

I totally love when modders take the time to go find the old advertisements to give it a truly authentic look. 👍
Thats what i did alot when i made paint jobs for Forza, and you had to search for hundreds of Pictures to get Proper liveries for some of them.

I think this should also be added as mods for Consoles like they are available in Fallout 4 or Skyrim, PC Modders could upload liveries to a server where Console Gamers can download them.

Some of you Guys are active on the official forums, maybe some of you can suggest that, im not asking for mod Tracks and Cars, just liveries. Thanks.

I'd welcome more classic tracks if they are done with the care and attention these are. Consequences for going off rather than keeping you foot down on run off tarmac is refreshing.
Two classic tracks that are top-notch are Bridgehampton & Riverside. Both created by Lilski. He puts in a boatload of research and doesn't settle for anything - whether it's signage, a particular tree that was known for being trackside, stuff like that. He goes all out.

To be honest, I don't really think it warrants the effort of Kunos's staff either. It's a super fun track to haul around with older vehicles, but I don't think it's worth the amount of time that it would take to make it.

Mille Miglia is a PS1 game. I'm a proud owner of one.
I remember now. Would take ages to make to todays standards unfortunately.
Ooo what would I love to see at least old Rouen , Spa and Zandvoort in Assetto Corsa .

PS4 here no luck but lets hope fore the future

Lets start a kickstarter and see if we can raise money to pay Kunos to hire modellers to do it. Add new and old Monaco to that too.

I believe they could make a new track in the time it took to make old Spa.

They could probably build two! It's definitely not perfect, but the 1966 Spa that we have now is plenty good enough for me. It's not a track that would get driven a lot, in my opinion. Who knows though...I've been known to be wrong before.

In the end I got the season pass... Giving kunos some cash.

Best car is the gt4 porsche, and the mx5 a runner up.

Now it's time to learn how to setup the cars since the ai is way faster lol

Oh concerning the dlcs, a few cars have really horrible default setups, like porsche prototype .

Is there anyway to fix the chase cam?

It's a bit Need For Speed the way it moves all over the place by default and not entirely suitable for such a game.

They put down the one I shared and posted another one.

Should be OK now. Thanks.
YW. Here are the details for anyone that needs them:

We're pleased to announce that Update v 1.10 is available to download now on PlayStation® 4! This hotfix tackles a number of issues...

- Fixed broken steering rotation on wheels including G29, T300
- Fixed horn button on certain wheels
- Fixed "Real Racer" trophy
- Fixed force feedback setting in UI
- Fixed wrong ghost car timing
- Fixed sound problems on certain tracks caused by reverbs
- Fixed Monza 66 invisible wall

Anyone know what the track temp issue was?

Ok tried to update, message said failed, clear some space on HDD. Thought that was odd for a Hotfix, so then downloaded it. Went to check size of Hotfix, SEVEN FRIGGING GIGS? Are you kidding me WTF?

Edit: never mind it now says 1 gig.

Edit 2: It now says 400MB, dont know what's going on lol

Track temperature was always the same.

I reckon the patch of today also has the data files for the next Porsche Pack 2 coming before Xmas, that would explain the size, maybe. Hopefully a free track might appear too when the cars arrive! :)

Just picked this up with the PlayStation Plus sale that's been going on. Really enjoying it so far. Hoping to plug the wheel in today to see what it feels like. Visuals don't look quite as good as PCARS, but it drives so much better! I can actually catch a car in the middle of a slide! :D:tup:

I edited, sorry to get your hopes up lol.

At least it means another patch is coming with the said files! :D And the next free Porsche and maybe another track! :D :D
