When are we going to get it on PS4??
Some time in the next 25 days. :indiff:

Not many people know if/when the console patch was sent to Sony/MS. One would think the console patch would be available now if it was submitted at the time Marco commented about it on facebook (middle October?). If it was submitted for approval at the time of PC patch (October 25) then my guess is next week.

There is the possibility the patch was rejected by Sony/MS, and Kunos has to resubmit. (Because Kunos has released patch 1.9.3 quick fix on PC.)

Personally P1 feels the best of the 3 "Hypercar Trinity"...The 918 is probably the most difficult to drive, you feel its weight and it feels unbalanced with the ability it can build speed.

I finally got around to feeling what you mean. I definitely agree. It feels a tad heavier and has understeer to match, but at the same time has excellent acceleration traction.

P1 still feels like insanity, guess that's just a standard feature. LaFerrari remains my favorite to drive still, sounds great, looks great, and drives composed.

Gave Moby Dick a run, they accurately simulated the severity of the RR layout having the tendency to spin you. I was also surprised at how well the 4 speed worked, as well as the fact that it only has 4 gears. Seems that with enough time, I'll grow to drive this car well enough.

Also, I feel that GT has ruined me. I can be fairly fast on the Nordschleife, controller and all. I would do reasonably well on the time trials featuring the Ring, and when I jumped on the Ring in AC, it felt familiar at least. But boy, am I slow in this game. Confident I could easily get under 8m with the Panamera, I was displeased to find out what felt like an under 8m pace was more like an 8:25 pace! I also seem to go off far more often than I did in GT!

The 918 is very curious. It is so heavy under braking. All that weight "nails" the 918 down, so it means you have to brake further away from the corner to make it in line. but the grip, the abscence of significant weight shifting while cornering and the way it builds speed it's mind boggling. The P1 is equally impressive, but the way this thing leaves a corner, it feels worlds faster than the other 2. It's amazing. The only bad thing is the brakes, they just don't seem as effective as the rest of the car.

Agreed. GT makes you look like a hero, whereas AC makes you respect the times set by the pros!

That is the thing I've always detested about previous games, people could still keep the accelerator floored and still get away with so many mistakes. Even on the grass.

Yet in Assetto Corsa you see so many spin off the starts or completely outbrake themselves into a huge mound of dust. One way or another this game will bite back hard!

I've still to try Nordschleife in this. I think I might save it for the Porsche's when it comes to the PS4. Quite a number of tracks I'm finding a big shock to what I've been used to from other games. More so Silverstone. I still cannot get over how wide and flat the track is.

One shock that I had was how fun and challenging Barcelona-Catelunya is. It sure makes for some subpar racing at times, mostly with F1, but never had I realized it was a legitimately good track. The elevation threw me off too, truly a prime case of TV not doing enough justice of the elevation.

The Nordschleife is far too good not to use. Once you've experienced a laser scan the track just makes sense in a way it never quite does on older models. I recommend driving it with something easy like the M235i in preparation for running it on more interesting cars once you get used to the cambers, elevations and racing lines.

The M235i is such a dream @ Nords, love it.

I was driving the X-Bow round there last night and it was surprisingly enjoyable. The car isn't as scary as I was led to believe, and as @Johnnypenso says, avoid 2nd gear unless absolutely necessary!

Really enjoying the Nords in this game, definitely the best version I've ever driven.

Thanks, will give the bow a try
I thought it's about as close to the awesome BAC Mono as this game currently allows so I gave it a shot. Did some minor tuning to it @ Spa and it seemed decent, as getting it through Eau Rouge/Raidillon in one piece wasn't easy for me with the stock setup.

Man, I really miss the Mono from pCARS but don't really want to play that game since buying AC.

Go on, take the Mono for a spin around Old Silverstone in pCARS. Every corner sideways, delightfully easy to balance it on the power.

It won't make you a bad person to play pCARS occasionally. Just enjoy the good bits in each sim :)

Yeah, I really enjoyed the game. I'd take the car round Oulton Park instead though, fantastic little track 👍

I don't have the layout memorized, but I've enjoyed the limited time I've put into Oulton Park with Assetto Corsa. It is a nice track...flowing layout.

As with anything, laser scanned Oulton is best. And you can find it in pCARS, rather than the mod for AC. I suspect that Automobilista is also using Motorsport Vision's laser data for their Britpack Outlon as well, but not certain on that.

That was my favourite track on PCars, ran many laps there.

Of course I would prefer laser scanned, but I will take the mod over nothing. I'm starting to really get excited about the laser scanned Laguna Seca we have coming in the future. :)

Just bought AC from PS, I am missing the ST-15 and some others cars, I have the Seasons pass as well. Is the Red Pack DLC for PS4 out as yet?

Thank you
