Please help me understand the Porsche 919 Hybrid. Driving the car on Spa I get KERS (blue bar) on the first half of the track but not on the second half regardless of how much energy I have stored (green bar). There's also this yellow bar which steadily goes full but then resets to nothing every time I cross the finish line. Then KERS activates again though. If I recall correctly, the hybrid road cars do not have such restrictions for energy deployment. The odd thing is that I get no KERS restrictions when driving the 919 Hybrid on a track like Silverstone International. Also, is the car programmed to not go faster than 314 km/h? KERS plummets whenever it reaches this speed.

You can spend a maximum battery quantity per lap, due to regulations. Also, unless you have it in charging mode, it will automatically spend hybrid power during the lap, as soon as you accelerate on straight line.

I see. It seems that KERS deactivates once the yellow bar in the HUD is maxed out. What does it indicate, exactly?

Do the cars from the Red pack and Porsche 2 pack have Special Events linked to them as I can't see any new content with these two packs in the Special Events section?

Total energy usage per lap. There is a hard cap for it in real life so it's simulated in the game. In real life at le mans it's capped at 8MJ per lap. There's an equivalency equation determining the per lap allowance for each track.

No new Special Events...yet.

There was a news article announcement that console players shall be receiving ~40 new Special Events, I think with the release of Porsche Pack 3. The Special Events will incorporate all three Porsche Packs.

There's is already the special events of Porsche Pack one.
Normaly they came with every update that features an new DLC..

In The Last update don't know what happened... Seems They "forgot" to include the events of red pack and Porsche Pack 2.

So after asking and asking and asking multiple times and users in the official support forum what happens they said that in the 1.12 update they will be available and also Porsche Pack 3 and his events..

I realy would think that the holidays affected the 1.11 Update in terms of "not enough time to put in what they planed"
