I have 1300 cars or so, mostly road cars, so I probably have all the vans, SUVs, station wagons, hatchbacks and kei cars that are easy to find. Thank you for your offer though! If there's anything that fits in the categories I mentioned that have been hard to find, I'll pinch them off, thank you.

@Clubber_Lang hello man. Yeah I ran into that a month ago, the cars were botched.
This time, from that VK link, looks fine in showroom, but go drive them. :lol::lol:

Cars blacked out completely with the driver sitting on the hood or hanging out the drivers side window :D:lol::D:lol:

So apparently, someone doesn't want the real one out there. Oh well. :D


Haha yeah! I tried both downloads , as they have two different pics there. Both the same file and both corrupted. The one Ford Falcon off of Velo's site works really well , and was hoping to maybe find the other 3 cars. But hey.....you mentioned lack of skins?? The Velo's Falcon has about 20-25 skind for just that car. Worth a try. I had fun in it. Really would like those other 3 cars though.
 
On that VK link, in that group is the Argentina TC group. I had it a while ago and deleted it because I couldn'd find the skins for it.
The four cars only come with like 5 or so skins. Any help on tracking down the skins? ty:dopey:

both this and the velosmod are converted from the rfactor, download the mod rfactor 2017 and rename the skins by folder

Niko, TY. However, like Clubber and I were saying, the cars are like purposely botched.
I should have took a screen shot before I deleted them - all the cars are all black with the driver sitting outside the car :D

Know where to get the four cars not wrecked with all the extra skins like in the screenshot?

Hey guys......can someone help me on the Kunos Laguna Seca track? Mine seems to be corrupted some how. If I remember right , I think I had another Kunos track not working as well. I'd do an integrity check through steam , but scared it might over write some stuff I don't want it to. A PM or just a reply here would sure help.

I had to do integrity check as steam just couldn't locate my install a few weeks ago. Got a ludicrous amount of mods and all was just as I left it when it had finished. (Using CM, way too many mods to launch normal AC for a long time)
 
Good God, that Area 51 track is blindingly bright. I know I can reduce the exposure in Sol config but that's a general option that'll affect other tracks. Anyone know how to dial the brightness of this track down in isolation? It's not a bad track to hoon around hot-lapping but should come with an optometrist health warning when the sun is out. Anyone able to apply a permanent fix?

Driving Area 51 looks nicer in late afternoon or early evening. I know the track well from Automobilista and I was very happy to see it appear for AC. But sadly (strangely) it looks a lot better in AMS.
Not only the overall look, but in AMS you get to see actual flying bright objects (UFO's ?), Stealth fighters, choppers etc... at random. It has kinda mysterious feel over it. This AC version does not have that...
On my system however, the lights in the middle of the track are better looking than in the YT video :sly:

Oh, and the location is in the Nevada desert (North of Las Vegas), not in Australia as mentioned (with the wrong Geo tags) in the description... :D

Yeah, it does need some TLC. Darker textures for the buildings would help too.
There's no excuse not to have random jets and UFOs flying past either. A few AC mod tracks have flying jets (eg Donington) but I took a look and with Area 51 the static jets, UFOs and choppers are baked into the track kn5 and can't be removed without some 3D modelling amendments. I could add random moving jets, choppers and UFOs but the static ones would remain so there's little point.
 
Area 51 needs help, even if you just bring it to sun up. It looks like a blinding blizzard hit the place.
Better to go at night, uumph.

Try 19u40 -ish (7:40 pm)... pretty acceptable then.
I wonder where these ugly looking 'rocks' come from (when starting from pit lane) ? They even wave in the wind... :lol:

Changing all weather conditions from the weather plan app will show some very acceptable options, too!:)
