CIracesonline mods is usually realistic handling, although graphical aspects of it needs improvements.
Thank you very much "rshumi" ! ;-)
I appreciated the works on the Alfa 4C (downloaded on AssettoLand, several monthes ago) and I love the shape of this 156.

I wish you a good day ! ;-)

You too, mate
By the way, that Ferrari Monsieur X posted. Nothing has changed apart from the sticker in the back. The interior is still the updated work by Paul Williams, the rest is the same.

Such a shame that even though the games are getting better, the modding scene has just become so toxic lately. Maybe I'm seeing through rose tinted glasses, but back in ISImotor days everyone was always looking out for each other. No major dramas. We had so many legendary mods and car packs that even today many people can still enjoy.

These days you have people stealing stuff from each other, conning people into paying absurd prices and a race to see who can shut down the most competitor websites. What the 🤬. If you have a mod and want to share it, then just share it. If you want to keep it to yourself then don't post it on the internet, because once you do nothing is yours anymore. I play sims because it's the only way I could experience and drive all these wonderful cars and all those wonderful roads, not to get embroiled in all these retarded online drama. At the end of the day it's just a game man. People really need to step away from their computers/internet and get some real life perspective.

Simtraxx might be a con but I did enjoy some of their free finished tracks. Hopefully AC Track Reboot can finish off their work 👍

Ferrari 365 GTB originally by Donnie Heerdt, stolen by Assetto Corsa Racer.

I'm pretty sure he wouldn't of posted

If that's the case then why would ACR post the following on Paul Williams group:

"Ferrari 365 gtb4 I publicly thank Paul Williams for allowing our team to work on his 3 D model.
The car was literally overwhelmed and improved in every aspect of it both in 3 D and in physics, without a shadow of doubt in my opinion one of the best vintage mods for absolute race trim. I'm very proud of this car, and I think I'm going to give you the right consent
Thanks to piergiorgio crocioni for the wonderful and manic work on 3 D..
Thanks to Leandro Bernal for development cooperation of 3 D
Finally there is me who had the honor of doing physics to this
Wonder of car reminding everyone that the car behaves exactly like the royal counterpart in every his..
Acceleration, braking, handling, exchange reports, have the same values as the real counterparty."

AC Warehouse is Davin's group, not Paul's. Besides Paul doesn't do conversions and most of his work is improving mods.
The original model is converted by Donnie Heerdt, and gave permission to Paul to modify and update.
I doubt Matteo asked Donnie for permission.

I wanna thank all of you and specially « rshumi » to be awarded about all this f....n mess about modders and It’s very interesting ! ;-)

I give my money for the major serious teams (wich are known by everybody here) without restriction and to some little specific mods wich I’m really please to drive.

By the way, all the modders who are simply with no respect, I’m please to get their « mods » free.

Last but not least, I’m not a fanatic of the « physics from outer space » with some real cars (vs fantasy cars, I’m open minded in this case) ! ^^

Cheers. ;-)

I see, thanks for the info. It's not easy figuring all of it out, especially not being around from the get go. I think I'm just better off playing the game :)

Anyone have any car/track combos to suggest?

AC is a jungle, especially for new guys. Don't get me wrong about Paul Williams, he's a good guy, but he only do modification jobs.
And that Lancia LC2 from Mr. Fiallo, he did that one almost perfectly if it wasn't for the high fuel consumption.

they even talked about laser scanning PEYRE, a 12,8km long rally stage by 2019 lol. They are crazy. The track is great tho
Just charging money alone for access to poorly detailed incomplete tracks alone is an indication they're crazy IMO. If one is really going to go down that road (pun intended) with their mod, they could at least make sure it's fully functional and up to official content standards.

So, SIM TRAXX is done? Well, here is their last monthly newsletter. Maybe the links will still be good? If so, hurry and grab all of their tracks.

EDIT: If it doesn't work, let me know and I'll upload everything I have somewhere. I don't feel bad as I paid for these tracks and the group is defunct.

Lol, if it was all some stupid publicity stunt by Sim Traxx then I guess it's backfired.
Most of those links seem to work, there's just a few that are dead.
Cheers buddy!

Apart from Tor Poznań (which I'm never quite sure is actually a Sim Traxx-developed track anyway), have they produced anything good? Most of the ones I've tried have been half-finished garbage.

Hi !

I was cleaning my AC and before that, I put a last view on some cars by trying it before complete delete and... I drove the "Norma M20 FC260" (dedicated to hillclimb but also good for race track), It's a damned F....N good mod !!!

Physics, I don't know if It's "realistic" but they are not "from outer space" and physically logical.
Graphics are very good as you will see with my pics.
Sounds are made with jewels in ears !

I don't remember where I got it several monthes ago (maybe AssettoLand !?) and I searched but I found a direct link on a french virtual drivers forum and It wasn't the last version but... I found a skin pack really good.

SO... I decided to make a pack with the car and the skins, It's up to you to try it and let me some feelings about it ! ;-)

As usual, all my apologies if this car has been yet posted here and my apologies to the modder but I didn't find the original source. ;-)

I wish you a beautiful day ! ;-)

Maybe you were aware about it so, all my apologies if this mod is posted here again !

I like all of the the classic Kunos Abarths and this one is a great addition. Thanks!
It's surprising that Kunos never noticed (and never fixed) the missing surfaces where the wing mirrors attach to the front windows in cockpit view.

My gripe with Simtraxx was never about their tracks, I enjoyed most of them, if they had just made tracks and allowed donations instead of charging a fee and over promise, under deliver, I would have had no issue with them.

Which ones would you recommend?
