Thank you for these updates! If you are planning for share more car packs, may I suggest that you include a PDF or text file changelog. If you share 1 car at a time, you can put the changelog within the forum post.Hello guys! I'm new here ^_^
I'd like my first post to be an occasion to share a mod "pack" that I fixed in order to make the cars even more "lore" friendly to the kunos car park.
It is a selection of cars from AssettoDrive. The fixes that has been made concern various aspects (Car descriptions, previews, livery icons, skins [fixed and added, both interiors and exteriors], upgraded tyres, physics [some cars went under a complete rebuild], balance of performance, corrections in the animations, reviewed car materials, car lighting effects and so on).
The Car List is the following:
_Aston Martin Vanquish V12 2012
_BMW X6M E71
_Ferrari 599 GTO
_Ferrari Enzo
_Ferrari F50
_Ford GT40 MKIV
_Gumpert Apollo S
_Jaguar XJ220
_McLaren F1
_Porsche 356A 1600 Coupè
_Porsche 901
_Porsche 930 Turbo
_Porsche Carrera GT
_Porsche 991.2 GT2 RS
_Saleen S7
_Saleen S7 Twin Turbo

Feel free to tell me what do you think! Because, if you like "the way I fix things", I'm also preparing something else that I'm planning to share for Christmas :3
I'm glad I managed to grant to the community useful material. Ty for the feedbackThank you for these updates! If you are planning for share more car packs, may I suggest that you include a PDF or text file changelog. If you share 1 car at a time, you can put the changelog within the forum post.
I've installed and drove 2 cars so far - McLaren F1 and Porsche Carrera GT. The McLaren F1 is more challenging to drive than the previous version I had. (I assume I did not have original assettodrive version but an updated version from assettoland or somewhere.) More challenging in the sense that it feels like I'm driving a 1990's supercar. The previous version I had was much

I will follow the suggestion you all gave me.
This has been a messy "hi" from me. I'll be more organized from now on xD.
I'm going to reupload the pack with the corrections (this one will remain multiple car pack, just to not create confusion). I'll also try to track back my thoughts to integrate a change log

Enjoy Gentlemen !
Amazing! BTW, is there a website/blog where one can follow their work? I seem to have plenty of their cars and no way to know if they were updated :/
bit.ly does give you money but not the download sites themself. Some people aren´t just as skilled at modding than others but still want to release their work. Thats why some lack in quality.Gentlemen, We've been witnessing a massive growth of AC Mod offerings across the internet and seeing the growth of activity here on GT is pretty phenomenal. This phenomena reminds me how MS Flight Simulator Aircraft and Add-on Mods grew and matured over a span of 25 years. Certainly AC Content Manager will make this AC Mod growth continue. QUESTION: Regardless of whether an AC mod is high quality, low quality, free, hacked, original, copied or other.......whenever an AC MOD is downloaded can the Provider of the Mod Download link earn money just by someone clicking on the Link? Does Mega, Dropbox, Google Drive, Adweb, Dropbox and other Apps pay the Modder money simply when a User clicks on the Link? Is that why many Mods are poor quality, because the Mod Provider has no incentive to provide a quality Mod, but simply that someone clicks on the Link? Food for thought. Let me know your thoughts. Have a Great, Safe Holiday Season

I tell you what, "ripping" a mod isn't as easy as it's made out to be.
I've been looking around for some tutorials and it certainly doesn't look just like a click and go type of thing.
Seems pretty involved and tricky to get right.
I've been looking for this 2017-2018 Civic Type R to come about in the community eventually, but all I've been able to find was the 'raw data' from Forza 7.
http://gamemodels.ru/files/file/7777-honda-civic-type-r-series-x-18/
Anyone happen to know what to do with the data to make it into a mod?
You need to convert the 3d model and the data so it's compatible with kunos files. Typically people use 3DSMAX.
Yeah, I realize that.
The how-to part is what I'm curious about. They way people make it sound, you convert a couple files and it's done. I haven't found it to be simple as that.
Interlagos GP 2018 v.1.0
patrikpat's version of the 2018 Brazilian F1 track - Interlagos Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace, based on the work of the acu team.
IMPORTANT INFO.
This track will only work with STFLOW-SHADER - install with Content Manager:

... built on acu version, but with a lot of new things added. Like Suzuka, it has the animated billboards, Rolex scoreboard ticker, and jumbotrons. Is Interlagos scratch-made?
ACU?... built on acu version, but with a lot of new things added. Like Suzuka, it has the animated billboards, Rolex scoreboard ticker, and jumbotrons.
stFlow is needed for these to work ...
acu=assettocorsaundergroundACU?
EDIT: So I googled it and there's not a single source available.
No matter, it's still the best Interlagos for AC and should be celebrated as such, no?So it's not scratch-made, meh.
Bit of a ball-ache - each car is an archive within an archive so can't be dragged-and dropped into CM to install without being unzipped once first. Any idea why this is?I re-uploaded the mods I reworked following your suggestions:
_Uploaded the cars individually
_They now have a different folder name so they won't overwrite to the original ones
_Added an optional UI that you can drop in the car folder that will rename the car with an "M" as a suffix (to distinguish them from the original ones, if needed)
_Added changelogs in each folder (The changelogs will be more accurate in the future)
I can't edit my previous post so I can't delete the other link.
Anyway, here's the new link:
https://mega.nz/#F!ymQG2ahK!ic12hpNO3pIKfwzjry-6Aw
I didn't include two cars this time (Porsche 901 and Porsche 991.2 GT2 RS) because I have to check if I made more than visual updates to them (AD made already a "good" job in copy/pasting the data from the kunos 911 GT3 XD). It would be redoundant to share a mod that has already been shared on the forum.
