I really like nice landscapes in AC, especially with oceansides. Will you put more work into this?
This reminds me of my childhood days playing Sega Rally and all this arcade stuff, where the graphics blow me away at this time.

I also like landscapes, oddball and city tracks. I will update it but have a few others I wish to finish first. You are also welcome to contribute to the effort if you wish. I like your work too.

You can try my Loch Rannoch. I have some WiP/beta fun tracks like Retro Racing Imola and another oddball called "Dragon" from rFactor. I should set up a site where I can post these little weird tracks and WiP tests. Its quite fun to put odd game tracks into AC and will be doing alot of non-circuit type of tracks in the future.

Thank you for the response. I did have resolution on proper setting, changed it and reset back to proper setting, Still unable to use. ?? same error.

I also checked all USB connections, all good. ??

Another solution, delete this file and find new Alfa Romea GTA. or GTA R Gladly take suggestions on who you think has a designed a good mod.

Is there a way to view a “flat” replay with a VR headset attached and active?

I seem to have no replay controls in VR either :confused:

Try this:

1 - Share your C: driver:

1.1 - Open a Windows Explorer window;
1.2 - Right click on drive C:;
1.3 - Choose Properties:

1.4 - In the Properties Window, choose Sharing, then click on Advanced Sharing buttom:

1.5 - Now click to check Share this folder and click OK on both Windows, to close them:

2 - Now, open command prompt:

2 - Then type the following:

net use h: \\127.0.0.1\c

3 - Hit ENTER
(in the image bellow I use J: because I already have an H: drive in my computer)

4 - See if the share worked, type this:

dir H:

5 - Hit ENTER;

6 - If it was successful, it will show you the drive C: content, but as an H: folder;

7 - Now, try to uninstall Crewchief.

Either if you you succeed to remove Crewchief or not, it's better to remove drive C: sharing. Follow steps from 1 to 1.5 and uncheck the Share this folder. It will tell you that the share is in use by a user, don't mind and confirm the exclusion.

The ideia here it to create an H: driver for your system to find the installation and be able to remove it.

After remove the sharing, try to install Crewchief again, but this time on drive C:

Unfortunately, the message that my system delivers is "file not found" and I guess with a high degree of certainty that it´s because I had to shut down the HDD that was drive H: even after formating the disk and tried every trick I´ve learned in hours of tutorials to restore it lol. It was with a 100% load all the time that slowed down the PC to a non acceptable level. That´s why I had to install AC again on drive C: with a fraction of the space avalable :ouch:.

you forgot to put : (two points) after letter h - should be like this:

Yes, I understand... but this should give your system the path to the file. i guess that your old H: driver had Crewchief installed into H:\Program Files(x86) - if that was the case, then you don't have to do anything but uninstall and reinstall Crewchief on drive C: - but... if Crewchief was into any other folder inside H: drive, you just have to recreate the folder inside drive C: e copy and past the entire Crewchief folder content from c:\Program Files (x86) into the new created folder, and try to remove and install Crewchief back on drive C: this time.

I think that's everything. Now for the DISCLAIMER: These are quick fix AI solutions, done in sometimes as little as 30-40 minutes, they are not perfect and have only been tested using a grid of 20 Kunos GT3 cars with AI strength between 90 and 100% and with aggression set at between 40 and 60%. Higher aggression settings may well cause issues, I've also prioritised AI speed above caution although once complete, every AI set was tested with a 5 lap race and in no event did less than 16 out of 20 cars finish this race.

The structure of the files should make installation easy, simply extract whichever track folders you own and click yes for overriding the files. If in any doubt then make backups of the ai and data folders before you install. I have no doubt that some of these tracks have already had AI files made by people on here or RD so make sure you check before you overwrite these.

Feedback is welcome, although I'm unlikely to edit these files, I will take any feedback into consideration when I get back to completing the rest of the circuits on my list.

This one from pessio garage works perfectly CSP lights-patch-v0.1.67-preview1-full and Sol 2.0 RC3 + 1.5.7.

There's one version on Legion blog with Sebring and 4 different layouts. I really like the FIA GT layout which is not available in the original Reboot version. Sadly the AI is not up to par and cars would run into each other at the start and not competitive at all. IF anyone can fix that version, here's the link to the track.

I'm looking to model my first AC car has I have done multiple skins but want to model a particle car which I hope well be interesting to have in AC but struggling get my head around setting wheel/steering dummies. I've read MY first car tutorial on AC mod forum multiple times but still struggling to head around the dummies. I'll be using blender which I have all the blueprints for this particle car ready to go just some help setting blender up would be great.

Not sure what you mean by "flat" replay but the missing VR replay controls is a bug from Kunos that was never fixed. It is possible to watch a replay in VR with a little bit of extra steps. When you hit "replay" button make sure you are viewing "in car" by pressing f1. If you wiggle the mouse now you should see the normal replay controls and you can play, skip ahead, rewind, etc. Once the replay is rolling where you want it, you can then cycle through the camera sets by hitting f2 (mix of in car and external), (f3 external), etc. If you want to skip to another part of the replay with the controls then you have to hit f1 again and go from there.
 
Sorry Masscot I don´t hear any rain sound in latest patreon build, do I miss some setting in audio maybe?
Ah, it's possible my sfx folder remained intact. I'd added it earlier from a previous CSP build.
Somebody else said rain sounds were in the latest 0.1.67 preview so I just assumed what I was hearing was the new ones.
 
Not sure if its just youtube, but does your game stutter like that on replays? Almost unwatchable.
No, no. It's not like that in the game. It's when I record replays lately. It wasn't like that before, but since one of the updates to AMD driver Software, the videos started stuttering. I lowered the quality, but it doesn't help much. Maybe I should try using a different software.
 
I have an 86 911, and the gauges are just pressed into place with a small rubber gasket, making them very easy to turn. A lot of guys do this, because when racing who needs to lower end of the tach!

alot of drivers did this because as they are looking out forward, if they see the needles like oil temp or water temp in the middle they were okay. if they could see the Tach needle they knew they were getting close to redlining it. they did this so they also didnt have to glance down and take their eyes off the road.
