Hello!
Here are a couple of my works. I converted the track with rFactor2 (Nevsky Ring), the car (LADA Revolution) was first made for Race07, then I converted it for Assetto Corsa.
Now I am doing it from scratch, trying to recreate it as accurately as possible. Physics is 99% ready. For 3D modeling of the car I made a scan of it. (Now on the car from the new only disks))
Sorry for the translation, I do not speak English)

Looks already really good @Andkorot, thanks for sharing it! Any chance you can add in the next update (if planned) a separate objects for light bulbs detached from the pole itself with a proper material name in order to be able to make a proper and a good ext_config with working light?

I made one, but some objects use the same name of the lights and i can't make the bulb gets proper illumination due to the fact the whole pole would be completely illuminated as a bulb

Thanks for your work and welcome :)

Back on topic... I'm compiling a update for bathurst... Other than issues already stated... Anybody got anything else?

I am pretty sure i spotted a minor thing, there is a tree going through the billboard in the last corner along the start finish straight! Can't double check it now though unfortunately!

Awesome job on all of your stuff!

@Jimlloyd

Only other very minor thing is that at Reid park there is a tree to the left of the track which is bending away from the circuit. In real life the tree overhangs the track here (ive checked google maps), so if an additional tree could be put in to increase the size of the foilage but have it leaning over the circuit, that would be cool, but very minor and low priority of course as its just cosmetic.

Ive been running the Chivas Nissan GT-R R35 GT500 2013 all afternoon at Suzuka and that car loves this track.

These mods go very well together, i think ill put together a short championship season for the GT500 mod.

Great racing against the other GT500 class and a nice wide track with lots of overtaking points.

Ive been able to get the GT500 down to around 1.42.2xx which seems good, but it seems the other 2 cars are around .5 seconds faster so the GT-R is not the fastest, but for sure sounds the nicest ;)

Great car and track combo!

I'll have a look at this

Se if I can't fix... Why are you that close to that wall though...

Yeah, I have also hit that invisible wall - it is the best line to take to maximise the throttle on exit (extra 0.05s :)).
On replay it show the invisible wall is maybe 1/2 foot away from the SEEN wall, so I think Shane van Gisbergen would be hitting that invisible wall every lap next Sunday!
Would be great if you can fix it ?. It is the best track.

Damn that's fast! I'm 10 seconds off your pace and I thought I was doing well lol nice

By the way, all updates will be available via CM

Welcome to GTP Androkot and thanks for your car and track. Look forward to trying them both out later today.

And just another thought... It would be great if you could keep posting links to any updates to your mods here (as well as through CM), as a lot of us disable the mod updating function in CM. Sometimes there are too many updates for things you don't want to modify and the downloads also seem very slow a lot of the time.

Hey Everyone - Here is the latest ACC Conversion (again in true laser scanned accuracy) Thanks to everyone in the team for your contributions. Again i'm sure you will all agree its great to finally drive a accurate and well optimized Suzuka (on par with stock Kunos tracks) in Assetto Corsa, only the GP layout for now (If the demand is there we will add the others)

Track is fully feature complete and is also rain FX ready

Lastly Enjoy and please share away - just please use the provided link so any updates and fixes can be kept in one central source

Nice work! Although one day I hope we can get a version of Suzuka that has both functional east and west layouts included. I'm not aware of a mod that has one yet.

I am aware: http://www.mediafire.com/file/meyt8n27yeqgohv/suzuka.rar/file

They seem functional to me. That's the good old Terra21's version.

Still it would be awesome if those layouts could be in future added to the Reboot team's Suzuka. Maybe even the ridiculous moto-layout... :odd: Rarely does alternative layouts add so much to the tracks as a whole as in the case of Suzuka.

Hi guys I would also like to contribute to this section dedicated to AC.
After all the favours you've done me, I'll pass you the link to Le mans 1985, lit up as it was in that year that an acquaintance of mine lent himself to modifying it.
If someone wants to add further improvements feel free to do so.
Well, welcome constructive criticism, not controversy.
thanks...

sorry for my bad english....

Thank you and thanks to your friend.

Changes added to the version on the Blog.

Looks like a 2020 GT500 Class is building up. A Japanese Modder called "Ryo" is working on a Supra GT500. No info on the release and the monitization though.

Hopefully it's balanced with Natsuki's AVR500

All we need now is for someone to work on the 2020 NSX GT500.

1. The sector splits are in the wrong spots for 2019 (See Video from 2019 bathurst 1000 and 12hr)
2. In regards to rrrgp's post about the walls, the orange barriers are not there and instead of them there are concrete slabs and a steel wall to keep the car moving along the wall instead of hitting the edge and coming to a complete stop (hitting a concrete corner at 120kmh would hurt!)

(I have more videos if needed)

I'll do it, just tell me how to name objects and materials. In general, write what needs to be done and I'm ready

Really enjoying Suzuka, always been one of my favourite tracks to drive and this version is no exception! Thanks for taking the time and effort to bring it to AC! 👍

100 frames and it's very smooth. As just explained it lost something during reimport .FXB inside kseditor. I attach my package all credits go to @Shokeus.
Only base car for now I need to understand what's happening to gauges textures. Shokeus take a look please. As soon as glass has correct texture I'll redo a better animation moving also the frame not only the arm accordingly. So it will be perfectly parallel to the glass.

Here the exported selected objects, you can import in your car (3dsmax) and the animation for 3ds.

a lot of texture disappeared ! use you kseditor ? I don’t see the problem because I don’t have 3dsmax unfortunately ...

Thanks)

@Andkorot you can name the object as you want but the best way is to use name that will used only for that material that will be used only for the "bulb lights".

As you see the highlighted object is a single piece and you can't select the light bulb

Screenshot_gpl67_lotus_49_neva_ring_11-9-120-10-8-19.jpg

But the lights works anyway, even not perfect at the moment

Screenshot_gpl67_lotus_49_neva_ring_11-9-120-10-7-49.jpg

But if i try to make the bulb emit light in order to be more realistic (i exaggerate with the setting on purposes to show you) this is the result

Screenshot_gpl67_lotus_49_neva_ring_11-9-120-10-8-6.jpg

so with a single object there's no way to make it looks great

by checking the track i saw that the material used is "electro" which is used for this poles and also for other things like the electric cabinet (don't know if there anything else with the same name)

Screenshot_gpl67_lotus_49_neva_ring_11-9-120-10-14-1.jpg

and "biglights" which is used for the stadium lights with the same problem of the other poles

Screenshot_gpl67_lotus_49_neva_ring_11-9-120-10-13-33.jpg

Screenshot_gpl67_lotus_49_neva_ring_11-9-120-10-13-44.jpg

I hope i was clear, let me know if you need more info and thanks for your work :)

Something is wrong...I just run an 5 lap race at Interlagos with LMP1/P2/GTE but all the URD cars(911,Ford,A.Martin,BMW) have gone into the pits after just 2 laps! Could someone help me because i don´t want the cars to pit in an 5 lap race?

You have to do practice and qualifications to allow Ai to do the fuel consumption calculation.
