@Masscot
What's the difference between those two fiat-s punto?

Don't tell me they both need wipers and internal windows attracting rain :D

If they share the same 3D model it would be tempting to make working wipers for 2 cars in one go :D LOL

You can unwrap UV with free softwares like Blender or Rizom (which is specific for this)

if I use a binary FBX Blender does not open it (version 7001 required), if I take in no-binary fbx the car is all break and more texture , but thanks anyway , never mind the car will stay as its for the moment ...

Hm...on my side here the wipers don´t work properly, they don´t wipe the rain away. Using 0.1.67p1 and version 1.06 of the car. Have I missed a file during the last days to update?
Has just been repaired! It happened because when anim returned back latest frame was not equal to frame in position 0. Also cleaning angle has been opened. Sure we need to release at least another final version to put everyone on same condition.

@hellothankyou thanks a lots for your effort collaboration, time and passion on troubleshooting this car deserve alots. No tuned version is just in garage too.

We need all people here to have more professional mod coming. I've always thought that OpenSource is the way to beat everything.

Thanks You Sr! It's excelent!
Maybe Calling to @niko moraes! Jajajaja!

I've always thought that OpenSource is the way to beat everything.

Not only open source but copyleft just like free software licences, that means the right to study, modify and redistribute. That would result a great creativity. But when you see all the drama for just copying a link or reuploading, a similar movement will never happen. And not speaking of blue encrypted garbage of course.

Thats weird, can you show me a picture?

After driving it some, there's also a steering rack/ratio issue. The steering wheel needs to be turned a lot more than it should be to take corners. It's at least twice the normal rotation.

Also, maybe the force feedback could be increased. A small car like this usually has a lot more feedback and "weight" to the steering wheel (not the car itself)

Not trying to be critical, as it is looking pretty good.

Steering rotation is correct according to the official Fiat Garage Manual (3.42 steering turns and 33 max steering degrees), same for the steer ratio. The real car is very understeering as you can see also from this video.

They are quite different cars but share the same base model I think. Hopefully glass fix/wipers for one will work for both.
:)

My mirrors are flipped as well (VR user).
Regarding the handling, I find it quite tricky to keep in a straight line, almost as if it wanders across the track. It's like there's no deadzone at steering centre, or the steering is too sensitive at centre. Hard to describe, but is anyone else feeling this? Could be my wheel/FFB settings of course, but I don't get this with any other cars that I'm aware of.

talking about the chivas 2013 mod, i managed to

I see he's oversteering/ploughing the car on most of the turns, so the rotation is exaggerated a lot, but to some degree, this is dangerously loose for any car. I'm sure there's some variable steering rate, and it being a car without, or very little power assist, it should have a pretty firm center lock?

I'm using VR with the Smart Mirror extension active with most of the Real Mirror settings turned on.
Ok I sincerely don’t know how to fix this since I simply followed the classic AC guideline about mirrors ahah
I don’t know if there is any extra setting to touch just for VR users.

Please help if you can improve AI, camera, config and all other items! (Especially the AI is terrible ...)
The final update will be uploaded later in Race Department.
Thank you.

Ok I'll try to fix that. Increasing FFB and playing with steering ratio. Hope to give you something more stable :)

Thanks for the feedback
