Yes, all are available on race department. But are not put together as a pack. But single skins by different authors. But all are there. For 2003 season that is. For 2004 some are missing.

Edit: OK, use what @tetzip posted. I guess someone put them together in a single post.

I loaded up nurburgring for you, these are my standard settings, Its not exact but its similar.

I use the following:
CSP 1.66 - Some Minor Performace and Graphical Tweaks
A3PP Filter [A3PP-AE Version] - Default Settings
SOL - Scattered Clouds
Time - 19:15

Try windscreen FX.

Open Content Manager and Go To:
Settings / Custom Shaders Patch / WindScreen FX/ and Select "Remove Dirt Completely"

It does have a few drawbacks, however It may be slightly more suitable for the short term until you find a suitable replacement.

That is because the screenshot probably been play around with Photoshop to make it look better than it's.

It depends, where did you get that suit from?

It not depends on the suit but probably from the driver model, which probably I've changed during the installation of a mod

This is the way to go if you want to keep the WindscreenFX on

Basically you open the car in the Content Manager Showroom and click through it until the inside of the windscreen is selected. It might take a few clicks to correctly select the inside of the windscreen, as Content Manager will cycle through the various meshes under the pointer. Then click on the three dots next to where it says “Material” on the control palette to open the Material Properties window and change the values

ksAmbient to 0.40
and
ksDiffuse to 0.20

Save, exit CM showroom and you are ready to test it.

Works all the time except the encrypted cars like Guerilla mod cars where you cannot bring up the material menu

Altough the car is encrypted, at least the preview pic is Assetto Corsa-standard (see photo above).

The problem with this car is, that the AI can only drive this car very slow. Has anybody an idea, what is wrong with the data?

This car is so ****ing ***** lol. Rear suspension in low-rider mode, driver hands not even on the steering wheel, etc. And it's encrypted ? Guy thinks he's Esprit3095 but he's another ned.
Rant off.

I just used the SF70H sounds ahah. SF15-T sounds don't work on other cars, don't know why.
