Hey guys. Here's something optional but nice to have for the Genesis GT4. I was digging around the AC Korea webstie and found a skinpack they used for a league involving the Nvidia Coupe which the GT4 is based on. This skin pack works for both cars. So if you were looking for some more/better skins for the car, just grab them here.

There's a couple meme and anime skins, but there are some nice ones like the Red Bull, Hankook, Link and Advan skins.

CSR2 really have not much interior, as I was ripping some (50+) mobile games...
a few had quality bodies but no interior you want to be inside.

I decided it was not even worth ripping the cars to give to others who might try.

They are not bad when properly converted. But they are not the easiest models to work with, and it does take more skills. Many of the newer car model mods are converted from CSR2.

Yeah, forgot to add, I drive completely HUD-free in VR so the 'hide all apps' button is only useful if you do that.
TBH I don't know why anyone would use any immersion-breaking HUD elements in VR when you've got a dashboard in front of you, plus Crew Chief to spot for you and tell you pretty much anything you need to know about fuel, tyres, position, laps remaining etc.
But, to each their own.

That is exactly the way a sim should be played. It adds way more immersion when information is not constantly dumped onto your face, and using the in-car instruments to figure out the condition of the car is crucial, so a fully functional dashboard is becoming very important for those in VR. It's already an eyesore when I see cars without working odometer LOL!

But with the advancement for AR, I think having a HUD even in real life will be very common in the near future.

Next One and the last for Today ;) A lot of people asked me about these evo and i found on Hdd 👍

Have Fun
Thanks. Nice to drive once the engine limiter has been raised from 6,500rpm to 7,850rpm (or thereabouts - not sure what it should be but I bet it isn't 6,500rpm) but what's going on with all the floating geometry around the windows?
Does the author have a fixed/updated version as there's something not right with the kn5.

I think sometimes it can take a while to register but seems like my Content Manager is not picking up latest Guerilla mods GT4 cars update (v0.6).

Not a great hardship to have to do it manually but wondered if anyone else had the same issue that resolved itself?

Thank you for finally good M3 E46, I was looking for it in various forums and discord but there was nothing interesting.
The only thing left to do is to change the wheels to the right one, why don't you take it? I will send you for 4 beers....

Is this mod better than MRHD's e46 ?
The assets in the link are almost 3 times bigger.

(greetings to MRHD by the way 'cause he sent me his mod in the old days:) cheers!)

I think it can be easily fixed even by hex editing kn5 :D No need to even unpack the model. Also other methods are possible (needs typing lines of text in config), but the hex editing is the fastest. :)
[it's same what ilya's csp is doing in the runtime, but here the changes to the model will be permanent, editing without using kseditor]

if it can be done it means that .kn5 in its header has no checksum check.

It's just the same as with editing with editors and resaving. :)
Kunos did not implement anti-tamper check , that's why the modding scene is possible. Otherwise, the mod authors would have to acquire a permission from Kunos and a key signature to sign his mod to work with Assetto.
Sny change to the model would unvalidate the mod from running on AC.

But you can have THIS PROBLEM with ILYA'S ENCRYPTION. If you modify encrypted mod, it should not work ;D . Or ily'as encryption is bollocks :D. You can try the hex hacking on an encrypted mod and see. If there is a gate, lololol that would be funny. But encryption of any kind usually checks the hash.

Hi guys...does someone know if there is some good color settings that makes AC Looks realistic as this real life onboard??

Some CSR2 models are worth to convert, you only need to put some work on it. The newer models from the Game look good enough for AC but not all
