I think we have at least one of those tracks in the Library (see sig below)

Hi FileMissing. Is there any possiblity you can set your discord to make things visible to those of us who aren't signed up to discord? I regularly go to other discord sites and can read everything, but I can't post any messages to be "assigned your role within the community"... which means I can't see anything on your site.

Hopefully you'll understand that not all of us on GTP are happy to sign up to discord and/or social media sites Facebook for various reasons. ;)

1st post... a gentleman as Jean-Pierre Sarti (the first french driver who won a F1 championship and who sadly died on Monza track) could have said "Hello" ("Bonjour" in french). ;)

The first (last and so far only) French driver to win the F1 World Championship was Alain Prost (who won it four times). J-P Sarti was a fictional driver in the 1966 movie "Grand Prix" (nine years before Prost won his first title).

especially discord. I hate it beyond any measure. If I could avoid RaceDepartment completely I would as well. I do love PornHub though, links to PornHub alwasy appreciated.

I usually just wait for "improved" versions to show up here with a direct link or pop up in my PM. (hint hint)

the KerbsofInstantDeath© AC.. is this a function of the limited tyre model, or because of a canned response in the engine to 1KERB?

Has anyone tried modelling the rumble directly into kerbs and just leaving them 1ROAD? Does it fix this issue?

Hi Everyone,

I was hoping to get this out B4 F1 P1 but didn't quite make it so here it is B4 P3 -

I wasn't satisfied with the AI behavior at Istanbul so I made a new AI package with some extras.

Tech Info:
AI line was made with the RSS Formula Hybrid 2020
Testing was done with the same cars in a field of 20
AI strength at 100%
AI Aggression at 95%

There are AI hints available at RD, U can use them or not with these lines. I tested with and with out, no consistent crashes anywhere either way. Cars are a little quicker without the hints tho, so it's up to U if U want to use them

The same AI and track limits work for both circuits, so pick ur poison :-)

Does anyone might know what settings I might have changed that caused my lights on Sebring to not work correctly? :/ It doesn't do this on any map except Sebring reboot.

I completely understand and I'm working on a solution to accommodate this. There are good reasons why the server is currently set up the way it is, and I hope you can work with me as I try to make it more accessible for all.

Isn't this annoying?

The modder decided to make the mod to work on last CSP version, last CSP version, doens't have the rain working well.
To have rain working 'well', I use an old CSP version. But then, the car made for the last CSP version, shows how cool it is with those shinning pearls.

And now to have some mods 'visible' we have to downgrade the CSP. But then, another mod niids anither CSP version, but then, we have no rain.
But then... This is how the CSP is in present, for weeks maybe. Quite Annoying.

Now, I have a mod with a car with three models. Unfortunately, they need to be well optimized, because they are so heavy on graphics, that the game hardly runs.
If anyone have the time and mood and want to take care of it, please PM me. If 'we' succeed, we share the mod ready to drive with decent fluidity.
The good news is, the mod is not encrypted.

Hi guys!

I just got ACFL STCAR2000 and I have this problem. I can't see any cars (just shadows) through the Corolla's windshield. Any idea about how I can fix this? :confused:

Hey guys. There's an issue with the Norma M30 LMP3 where the mirrors are visible through literally every object. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix an issue like that.

He himself corrects the functioning of the wipers by script.
If you haven't downloaded this mod yet, download and try it with and without the script. Clearly without the script Peugeot's wipers are not working.
So 99% of kunos car wipers should be rebuilt inside 3dsmax or blender simply because CSP fails to correctly detect surfaces between objects / materials / meshes and pivots with "use new windscreen effect" option by CSP?

Clearly these corrections can also have different effects based on the CSP being used:

Infact if you disable "new windscreen effect" an option inside RAINFX at 99% wipers works always there are NO issue in detecting wipers and surfaces to clean. But it's without advanced shaders effect so graphic change as you can see in this two screenshot with and without.

I was aware and I obviously was kidding (and I’m a 56 years old guy who got a lot of references about racing history).
I jumped up with this "familiar" nickname and about the movie which I appreciate a lot, John Frankenheimer and his team provided us some of the most beautiful scenes about racing cars.
And what about the opening scene designed by Saul Bass, a pure piece of art !?

I am sure this is going to get lost here, but not sure where else to post.

After looking and taking so many photo-mode pictures in AC with all kinds of filters and mods, also seeing others photos everywhere, I have found one MAJOR thing that really takes away from many. That is the driver model, I think we need a couple high quality street clothes/no helmet models. The ones I have found look really low res and cartoony. If you all can convert models from whatever sim in existence, it seems, why not find a couple good head models? There also seems like the modern helmets are rather generic, every picture has the same white helmet. Suits seem a little too white at times, too... IDK just some thoughts

Yes , it's basically the same track, each rar file has the correct folder structure for whichever one U use is the only difference, except the maps and outlines were made separately with CM. The fastlane, pitlane, ideal_line.ai, drs_zones.ini and track limits are the same for both track versions.
