That'd be a cool addition to AC.
Its based off Chassis CR06 so the bodywork is a bit different notably the front is based off the normal 962 race car while the back is unique the same rear that normal Schuppan street cars had (Those cars have a different front and a tad bit different interior).
It was also featured on Jay Leno's show.

Did anyone ever tried to get a refund for a mod? I'm asking since I bought some mods, and I don't like them that much, and I am wondering if I can get the money back...

Also going by this page from Katana Ltd. which he shared to me on FB, that one was actually built by ADA Engineering rather than Schuppan himself since he couldn't facilitate production anymore: https://www.katanaltd.com/schuppan-cr-and-lm

I imagine that it would be difficult. To get a refund, you would have to return the 'item' that you bought. How would you do that?
How would you prove that you have deleted the mod and not backed it up somewhere else?
If modders offered refunds, I imagine that a lot of people would download their mods, back them up and then ask for a refund.
Your best bet, in future, would be to research mods before you pay for them. Check out YouTube videos or, better still, ask here what those mods are like.

Totally agree with @ZombieBoy1978, unless you can prove to (PayPal?) that the mod is a complete scam it's almost impossible to get a refund. Wheter is a track or a car it was better to ask before purchase from someone which is not well known. At this point the only thing you can do, if possible is to find someone who want/can (if possible) improve that mod for you but is not that easy

Well, I guess you are right. Well, the mods aren't total garbage or scam, so it is not a big problem. They are just little bit rough around the edges.

No joy in the Race Dept AC Skins section. But maybe someone here has the mod and has made some fixes for themselves.

Custom Championship: what does the "variation" parameter affect, on the aggression or speed of the opponents, or both?🤔

Ive made this skin myself and the car is already there!

Found no working links for Guangdong international circuit v1.03b
A hug and a unique Barbie with moustaches for any helping hand, puhlease.
I have the track, so I zipped it and put it on my Google Drive.
Is this the right one, a tag says ver 1.1 but the preview pic says 1.03b.

Hi, ive decided to use the Nvidia tools for photoshop instead of using online photoshop. However when i try to save a skin dds it wont work. does anyone know what settings i need to use? (the naming etc is correct cos when i use online photoshop the dds works) thanks

I think that is the version that's available from Racedepartment:

In all fairness, the 1997 - 1998 gen of GT1 is kinda right on there. The Legion GT1 is the CLK LM bang on and URD has the CLK GTR so there's that. The Esperante GTR-1 is already in. F1 GTR Longtail is also in, 1997 spec R390 GT1 is in there, Elise GT1 If you want to do the original GT1s from 1994 - 1996 the Kunos F1 GTR is there, the Skyline GT-R LM on RD, the Supra by zi5ki, Sard MC8 like you said, URD's 911 Evo, and AL/AG's 911 GT1 from '96.

massive TL:DR
Legion GT1s already in:
CLK LM, 911 GT1 '98 spec
TS020, F1 GTR LT
Elise GT1, Panoz Esperante GTR-1
F50 GT and the R390 GT1

97 - 98 cars needed in
CLK GTR, 911 Evo
Lambo diablos (can't put my head round which ones)
Lister Storm GTL
Panoz Q9 (kinda in as it's just an esperante)
Quafie R4 (on AL)

94 - 96
Alpine A110, EB110, C4 ZR1
F1 GTR (kunos), R33 GTR LM (RD)
SARD MC8, Viper GTS-R (AL or RSS)
Marcos Mantara + LM600, F40 LM/GTE
Honda NSX, Jaaag XJ220
Lambo diablos (similar to 97 - 98)
Lancia 037, Espirit
911 GT1 and other 911s
Supra, Venturi

https://www.dailysportscar.com/2020/05/24/all-the-gt1s-every-make-and-model.html - use this as a guide to know where goes where this is what i used for you lot.
cheers for that and noted on the link.

time to get cracking!

yeap that s what i am doing , i am using 1.73 because more than that are buggy and unexplained for some ! changing completely the contrast of the picture is not something i can find into changelog from 1.74 on !

I tried 1.60 because it is the last recommended version sadly !
Anyway , the problem is all the time , I am trying to record a bug , people are pointing out the mod, or the installation , or the machine ! so we keep turning like that and will not end to anything :s
yeah since 1.60 is stoneage already newest ones are reccomendable to guarantee that stuff is working on those, if not trying to go back is the option and haveing features work once, may not work on a newer version, gets there as known bug for this specific csp version. also the way the cars are did can be in this case a problem. tho ive noticed myself that lights have a pretty strong glare whenever you look at them on a certain angle, since thats what my tired eyes see every morning on the way to work it looks fine to me. also what you should keep in mind, is modding should be done in pretty default settings, and if possible in sol_ filter cause thats the "default" option nowadays. at some point you need to upgrade since you cant stay on old stuff forever.

BC3 for DDS NVIDIA texture tools exporter
should be pretty much fine for everything. at least i always used BC3 / it is former DXT4 - DXT5 format

EDIT: Attention! time to time this tool saving your file as a COPY of the original file. you need to have a look. if the check box when saving says its a copy, uncheck it, if it doesnt work, save it as a copy and rename it or before you will save it, click on the original one and it will be replaced.

Looks like you updated my 1.1 from Assettoland, I since released a 1.2 quite a while ago and have been working on a 1.3 in the background but it's not near ready yet as only half the AO interior I have done. You need to fix the brake calliper decal and the callipers position (my 1.2 in background):

It is great to see the model updated and these cars are great to race in spec races. But now this FK2 has over 100 more objects and no LODs plus the file size is almost 350MB! Wow! I try to follow the pipeline as closely as possible but have little time for modding lately. You really should condense all of your AO objects into one or two objects with a 1024x texture if possible. See any Kunos car for examples and try keep the filesize under 50MB. I'm afraid this will turn into a screenshot and hot lap only car which would be a shame to be honest, unless that is your intention? Good to see the physics getting some attention as the car was mostly fantasy physics by mainly using testers feedback even though IMO it drove quite well (I'm not a physics guy). I can't get into the game at the moment so haven't checked in game yet but I think a full grid of this will kill almost everyone's system.

Thanks. The working wipers, cockpit AO and new dash display detals are nice, but as @norms said the whole car needs a lot of optimising and it is based on an out-of-date version.
I know it's a beta but rear lights don't seem to work, only the brake lights (and the numberplate, which glows like it's backlit rather than lit by external bulbs?).
Happened to notice ksDiffuse on the number plate is too high at 0.6, it turns pure white in direct sun. 0.1 keeps better clarity in sunlight.
New physics drive nicely.
:)
