I don't normally make requests, but I'm wondering if anyone here has made any additional skins for Pessio's EuroNASCAR cars?
I've grabbed all of the skins from Race Department, but even with those, there aren't enough skins to fill a grid of 24.
I'd be happy with colour-swapped skins or even identical skins with different number plates. Just something to make each car a little different.
hi, did you know there's this paintshop app for free with which you can easily and fast paint your own cars?
Just download from here drag it in your Content Manager and let it install.
After that you can make a new skin in any of the car folders skin directory (eg. make a empty dir Steam Library\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\pg_euronascarshadow\skins\9 )
Now go select that skin and boot it onto your favorite track (in practice mode prefferably). from the Righthand side menu in game copen the paintshop app, press F7 to go to free cam and navigate outside (or chase cam will do as well).
Point at the body of the car and leftclick while holding down the SHIFT key on your keyboard.
Now you are ready to get painting and put stickers and text on the car, in-game!
Once ready you press the Print button to save that body (it will generate the dss file in the skin folder )
Then to remove the default number 00 from the windshield, place this file in each skin folder which you create.


If with that you don't manage to get started on it , you may PM me and we can connect on Discord/screenshare to do one skin together so you can do it yourself thereafter. It's quite easy , but I wouldn't know which numbers you have already ...

Good news,

I found (actually it was delivered to me) the Izmir Ulku Park circuit mod. It's built by RTB and it need some attention. As I said it before, I can help as much as I can but there's someone who knows to edit 3D files and its adaptation to the game.

I have 2 versions of this track... a mod version and the RTB files. If there are any people interested this, I can send the files. I did some UI images but it needs a work after revision.

The track btw, it's drivable like Korfez, but they both have same issues. I'll upload the file on my mega, and I'll send anybody wants to work on it.

I’ve included the RaceLogic timing box on top of the steering column. If you want it removed, let me know and I’ll provide an edited ext_config file.

Extra A = Front fog lights

Rain ready with CSP animated wipers front and rear
Cluster fully working; oil pressure, water temp, fuel.
At idle, the oil pressure light and caption will show (head gasket might need changing). Don’t sit at max revs (6000rpm) for too long otherwise it’ll go bang (just like the real thing)…
Wiper shake (by speed and wind)
Exhaust shake
exhaust smoke
Deformable everything. 80s crash standards are not what they are now…

I am aware of the Group A Rover in Assettomods ATCC Group A pack but sadly its very poorly made junk.. as with everything else they spit out.

Settled on the main straight, settled on the hilltop bridge and started to work on fall and winter. Anyone want a sneak peak, shoot me a PM for a link. Maybe someone willing to help could give it a look. Has some AI issues and a host of other small problems I don't know how to resolve. Could use a VAO patch done properly, although that should probably wait until the track is complete.

There's some versions that you can 'dream' about that I've come across before. Haven't gotten around to comparing these to the Assettomods versions though

Well that's a bummer to hear. I downloaded a few of their mods and while some of them looked good (most of them likely being Forza rips), at least a few of them seem kind of half-finished or visually dicey so far. If they drive poorly too, I'll be sorely disappointed.

Hi

do someone know about possibly URD EGT (GTE) extensions, vao`s that stuff ? Especially for the original pack. The cars are fine but dated already.
Google, Github and co. couldn`t help :(
 
Is there some particular setting to activate into content manager for the VRC formula alpha 2022 car? I have the feeling that the car is slower compared to what I see in other people video and also I struggle too much with the throttle, come on I barely manage to do 1.22.xxx in Barcelona while people on YouTube go easily under 1.20, there must be something wrong in my game, probably my CSP version? I am on 1.78 preview 1

What changes did you put on the setup for Barcellona?
 
Here's a very quick cheap 'n' cheerful 'patchy grass' optional skin to add a bit of greenery and replace a lot of the beige scrubby foliage around doublezero's recent PGO International Circuit, if (like me) you find too many sandy textures a bit too bright in certain lighting conditions.

Delete the .txt extension and unzip to the ...tracks/00_pgo/skins/cm_skins folder, then activate it. It can be used simultaneously with the existing WEC 2022 branding skin.

Add '1_tarmx' and '1_gravelb' to the [GRASS_FX] GRASS_MESHES in the config if you use this skin regularly.
