The Ferrari 312pb 1972/1973 versions, finalized...I managed to adapt some skins of our mate "Marneus_boss" from the Ferrari 312pb "original ACF"...
and I adapted them in the 1972 Coda-Corta version (rear detail)...
the Coda-Lunga version (Le Mans, Spa and Monza 1973),
and the version with an air intake (Nurburgring, Zeltweg and Glen, used only on the Merzario/Pace car) but I adapted some skins for this version.

I’m ready to download, :cheers:

Me too, much nicer F1 car design. I know its very personal taste, but what are those high frontnose F1 cars ugly.

I'm going to start uploading some cars tonight. I believe that tomorrow you will be able to have fun with some of them....always remembering, some are adaptations (certainly you will find errors in the textures), I didn't even send them to our friend "MrHunt"...if everything goes well I hope until the end of the week upload others that already had the "textures/shadows" improved by our mate "MrHunt"..

Always remembering the 3d models used in part (Ferrari Coda-Lunga and Coda Corta from 1973) are from (Absolute LeMans Modding Team group, GTR2 game)

The 1972 model ( I adapted ) the rear part and I used/adapted part of the ferrari312pb skins ( acl - I believe that many were developed by our mate "Marneus-boss" )

The Ferrari 312pb 1973 models ( coda-lunga and coda-corta ) had the possible improvements in textures / shadows by our mate "MrHunt"..

GOOD FUN....

FERRARI 312pb ( 4 versions )

Do you make these available for download?

Skins for Aston Ulster (1931 to 1937)Skins Ferrari 212 Inter (for me, I decided to separate them into 3 models, 195s, 166mm and 195s/166mm Coupe (all with slightly different "DATA" files).

For now, for you, here are all the skins for LM1950 and Targa Florio 1950 (they serve in Ferrai 212 Inter).

Amazing! Do you have plans to make the 1950 Cadillac Le Monstre Spider in the future?

I was researching just now, before going to sleep, but the car is totally different ( there is no similar one ), I would have to adapt a convertible from the 50s ( and put some extra parts to make it look like it )...but for now I'll leave the side project (use only the "De Ville" version)...

Hi guys

Does anyone recognize this track in the US by any chance?
Looks like a combination between a track and a mountain road and I'm hoping a mod of it exists somewhere.
Cheers

Here are some prints of original and adapted cars for Le Mans 1950.

Talbot-Lago T26,
Talbot-Lago Coupé,
Delahaye 175s,
Jaguar XK120s,

Ferrari 195s/166mm Touring Berlinetta,
Simca-Gordini T15s Coupé,
Simca-Gordini T15s Spyder Barquette.

Here are some videos of two cars (100 years of Historia Le Mans 1950), maybe tomorrow I'll do it with the Talbot-Lago, Ferrari 196s and some Simca-Gordini. I hope until the end of the week to continue with the "Champions Career Mode" with the Argentine driver Juan Manuel Fangio ( Le Mans 1950 ).
As soon as possible ( and what is possible to share ), you can have fun too ( the adaptations as the name says, nothing is 100% perfect )... I continue to improve the "BoP" of the cars ( but it is difficult to find times of laps in Le Mans for most of them (mainly the oldest races from the 50s, 40s, 30s)...who has a "site" that can indicate or some other detail...what I usually do (from the data real of the cars, depending on the category in which they ran, Sport 8.0, Sport 5.0, Sport 3.0, Sport 3.0, Sport 1.5, Sport 1.1)....I try to balance the best way.

Small bug-report. There's a typo in the lods.ini for the Maserati. An "ff" at the end of the kn5 name instead of an "f". Easy to fix for anyone who is getting "model not found" error. Thanks for your work.

I've been spending some time recently going through all the tracks I have duplicates of and where there is no major differentiation, gaining space by deleting all but the objectively best version. I had a couple of versions of Zhejiang, and one had clearly better visuals, but lacked the shorter layouts offered by the less visually appealing version. I did some kludging - just adding the minimum .kn5 files from the version with extra layouts, tweaking the ext_config file, and sorting out the models.ini files. I was able to get the various layouts on the better looking (and feeling) version of the track. I haven't really done any of the work here - all credit goes to the original modder(s), and those who created addons for this track. Both versions are available for download from @Breathe's amazing list, but to save you the trouble of kludging them together I have a working version with all layouts available here.

Nice job, and thanks for keeping my skins in and rock normals etc. Looks great.
Here's a fix I did to thin out and de-jaggy the pylon cables.
Put the dds in the 'extension' folder (after removing the .txt extension) and add this to the config:

Code:
;fix jagged power cables - add appropriate cablefix.dds as per instructions below
;IMPORTANT: ***remove any DYNAMIC_CABLES entries elsewhere in the config***
[SHADER_REPLACEMENT_...]
ACTIVE=1
DESCRIPTION= fixing fat and jagged power cables
MATERIALS= mxian ;cable material name from object inspector
BLEND_MODE = ALPHA_BLEND
IS_TRANSPARENT = 1
CAST_SHADOWS= 1
RESOURCE_0= txDiffuse
RESOURCE_FILE_0= cablefix.dds ;put standard cablefix.dds in extension folder, or create new cablefix.dds from the cable dds if it is not plain/square, and make translucent by colouring alpha channel approx 50% grey
PROP_... = ksAlphaRef, 0.5
PROP_... = extExtraSharpLocalReflections, 0.0

EDIT: just tested the West Circuit and it looks like there's z-fighting between two different road textures? Lots of flickering and weird shadows. Anyone else?

Thank you for the cable fix!

Yes, I was getting a little of the z-fighting. I think it is the road.kn5 popping up through the st_zhejiang.kn5 - tried lowering it a little, but perhaps not enough?

Edit: Try dropping these in the main track folder. Not perfect as the two variations seem to have subtly different elevation changes in some places, but I've reached the depths of my expertise :D

Some cars under the control of AI, when reaching the maximum speed in the last gear, change the gear ratio, how to make sure that this does not happen? I edited the final.rto with the gear ratios i needed, but the AI still changes them during the race.

Yep, known bug (among many).
Does CSP have bugs? Never noticed... 😳 Although I was pleasantly surprised by the focus on cleaning things up in the latest release. But it's still pretty much like trying to repair an old Volvo: Fixing one thing magically causes two new issues to appear.

When I was young i had similar issues with woman :D
If you ever figured out a valid solution for this, how to get both cats in one bag, please write a book about it. You will be rich. I promise.

Seriously, this cable fix is one of the best generic fixes in recent times. It can be adapted to pretty much every track with ugly cables.
