I need help, please. I did a dumb and have both Sol and pure installed and running. The Sol uninstall recognizes that it is in the AC root folder, however, the pure uninstall, WHICH IS IN THE SAME FOLDER! Does not recognize it as the AC root folder and every time I click it the program just closes. The only time I ever get any progress is when I go to where steam is installed in my C drive (if anyone knows how i can move that or even just move where all the documents and such go to that would be great too) and then it tells me that this is not the AC root folder, press any key to continue and then boom closes the program

Still a very cool map, to test max speed and write config's, now i use also other fast loading maps from e.g. Rainmaker.



I want to release some new Skins for the BMW M1 Procar here, maybe next weekend, i also made a new config for refraction and little other improvements for the reworked mod from @DaWallace


I released two new Skins on RD but it is a pain in the ### and fiddly #### to write and update everything for each skin on RD.

Before I noticed that you can make updates for one big release, to add more, I had uploaded all the skins there one after the other, now everything is a huge mess.

I will improve all skins one after the other and upload them there, but the horror of it is already gripping me, it's worlds better and easier here, to release things.

check assettocorsa > content > fonts to see if you have m4_font installed.
If not add these files and the display should look like this:

Car need to have racing tires. If street tires are present, they will act as rain tires.

2nd skin done still learning but i have to say i am enjoying it, thanks to @Alguecool for answering alot of questions and helping me understand stuff. really poor mapping on this car took up over 15 hours of my time alone (i wont tell you the total time spent otherwise i will get laughed of this forum) so i think soon i need to learn how to do mapping because i am not going through that again, there are certain things i cannot do like logo's on the front lights or put anything on the windows


is this skin perfect? no

am i happy enough with it? yes

going to do 1 more skin for this maybe 2, next skin i am going to try a "art car".

The answer to your problem is in your screenshot.
If you officially bought the latest Pure then I would recommend buying the latest preview version of CSP too. That will solve your problem

Yeah I just got it courtesy of @Rainmaker87 and I had forgotten how nice it is to drive. It's a lot better than Paul Ricard.

Yes, I've looked into that several times in the past and ambient light levels are always well above the trigger point for turning lights on.
I imagine it's some check box (or a combination of incompatible check boxes) in CSP somewhere... but I'm at a loss to work out how or where.

Is anyone else here finding that headlights come on during daytime sessions?
It's never track lights, just car headlights.

I have had this too with Pure. If I repeatedly start in same track, same time of day, same cars, and so on, it seems every 3rd or 4th time (anecdotal not recorded fact), the lights suddenly come on, where they weren't on in a previous session with no changes to the set-up.

One of these days I'm going to learn more about optimization on technic aspects more than artistic ones, to match the best result possible in the line of getting (E.G) 40 people running in a server with customized skins avoiding too much volume of data processing.
In other words, reducing the volume of the skins package without loosing any quality.

I'll be happy to share it all.

Hopefully it's a CSP bug that'll be fixed in the next update. It's incredibly annoying.
Ditto with the missing hot lap ghost too.

Hi guys! I'm here to present my second mod, based on the race model by André Kardol ft RPMotorsport, converted to LHD by ABB Creations (Aussie Big Banger Facebook group).

I worked mostly on graphic, playing with CSP tweaks and tools, and adding what was missing: a replica of the TI model skin.

I explain, I never like the hotter colour ligghtng AC have and lot of presets have to, it doesn't really represent the "cold" or white day light these car have, and I found it much more realistic.

It's somewhat not ****ed by effects.

It would be awesome if we could find a same look into AC
