Remember though, this is GT Planet where everyone wants everything. For thirty 'likes' of this post I could offer to publish a photo of my ginger tomcat showing the world his massive gold prosthetic testicles and the target would probably be met. :)
I don't know if the target would be met, but your inner child was absolutely met with your grown up ego, and that's obvious by your sense of humor. I'd also like to see you posting your cats golden balls, just to show us a little more of who you are.

Also remember how our conversation started. You said that my tactic is arrogant because I'm teasing something that isn't AAA quality, and I accepted it. Then you said that my target of 30 likes is a low standard, which I also accept.

So what 's the conclusion in your mind? Am I arrogant, or someone with low standards? Just answer this in your head.
 
Google the series and the year and you'll find the wiki page will give you the schedules. RSS GT is FIA GT from about 2003 to 2005 and the DRM ran in 1979 and years around that.

Thanks (again) for bringing those tracks in asseto corsa. I never played on SIMRACEWAY so i don't know how it looked back then but your rendition in Assetto Corsa is great!

Simraceway was a pay-to-play sim based on rFactor1. They used several mods directly from rFactor without the authors permissions (including my Mustang GT ). Several fantasy tracks were made by Madcowie and others (with permissions/payment).

Of those, I have converted the following:
Giza, Longstone Pass, Madeenat Al Bahar, Paradise Bay and Troyton Raceway
Pudsey and Shinjuku Parking were two other fantasy tracks for the game

Nice, but the lights does'nt work in game

edit: is there a fix for this config because when i turn on the lights they work but the exterior light doesnt show it, see my pic
how bout this ? (obsolete - see link below w working brakelights) (I made a separate skin this time all chrome, no liveries .. but I did have to change the kn5 in order to change the material on the lights - backup is included if you wanna go back to original)

I'm sure someone more clever then me can extend on this and put liveries on top of this chrome ... but I fear that's beyond my capabilities for now.

EDIT : yippee, I'm off to Giza for some pyramid gazing in VR! ;)

EDIT2 : saw that the brakelights were not visible ! HERE a version where that is fixed (and third brakelight also working)

Stumbled on this photo from 2012 from KUNOS while they where developing the game.
Would be cool if we could take pictures of the car with the driver outside, like in GranTurismo...

What's the ext_config line to render the paint matte-ish ? The objects and materials are already divided and the stripes are included in the alpha channel btw.

It's for this bad boy, wanna make the roof and mirrors like the real car.

putting decals on top of the body skin when there are no "spaceholders" for it is something that is beyond my skills (which is working w CM and Gimp but not the 3D programs which are required to do that I think)... sorry.

Jaguar has made some most legendary cars in history. Even XK and F-Type were still amazing. Now they make electric SUV's only. And I don't even want to say anything about their latest campaign. This is a family forum. :D
