@GzeroD - is your LMP900 car set still in test phase? I see download links to 4 of the 5 cars.

Always in testing. Unfortunately that's seems to be my habit, get 4/5ths the way through something then go on to something else.

Hey @GzeroD
I wanted to let you know that there's a graphical glitch on rims of your GTA-SA. It looks like two overlapping images.
Here are low quality pictures (I run the game on a potato):

Good catch. Thanks
And what a bizarre error for me to make, not just the wheels but the entire car was doubled up!

Do these just automatically update if Auto updates are checked? Do I need to go in here and manually update files? Is there a combination of both or are these all just WIP folders?
Can you shed a little light on what's going on here?

To be honest, I'm with you here. I just can't tell what's what. Auto updates are supposed to be turned off, but this changes all the time so I don't know to turn them back on or what. Its always changing.

For example, I updated a couple of months ago (deleted all cfgs in tracks/loaded) and let CM do an update. (marked green yes). But if you look at some of the cfg's in the github, some are updated.

So did/does CM compare a users cfgs with the new database on github automatically and mark them 'older'? And if it does, I assume it does on CM start up. I don't know how that works.
@leBluem hopefully you can explain how this works.

First I just deleted the loaded cfgs and updated again in CM, but it's the same so...do I delete all nordschleife cfgs in loaded file and replace the code with the one on github site?
I just wanna get rid of the green glow, before I go blind :D

edit: just pasted the new lights cfg and it works, no more green glow..

about the config update in CM: not 100% sure, but i think for all configs to be upto-current-date, there has to be run/changed something on github (or in CM data, idk), which i dont know of, only x4fab knows, and he is not very active atm

latest version you get when doing this:
upload_2019-9-25_14-43-15.png

is from around june/july (i.e. spa config was changed in meantime, to fix the merging/glowing light-pole on laSource)

note: i disabled auto-download, as soon as this function was present, as it downloaded all without comments and often mangling the files to a corrupt state

to summon up: if auto-download gives you mixed results, you should get newest configs by downloading the repo from github https://github.com/ac-custom-shaders-patch/acc-extension-config and extract it to "assettocorsa\extension\"

Good obsession !

Best Cars 90's

Yeah love the 90's era!

The skin template for the F355 is a little low res but through Content Manager I accidentally found a way to export a higher resolution UV Map for the car body and have remade the skin with sharper detail. I'l upload a pack with different colour cars sometime.

I cant get a correct UV map of the rear panel though, any chance you could make one? To be honest I'm new to skinning and don't know what Im doing lol

I don't use any mods by Velo and I'm away right now and can't test Legions and I don't remember how it is. Can anyone make a comparison? I can't imagine that it needed a physics rebuild...

I'll add that if you've been following along then you would know all of Legion's work is still WIP so I'm not sure about this move. A comprehensive graphics and physics rebuild on WIP car?

Thanks for a little bit of clarification.

This is my take on it.
@gladbecker82 I tried editing map.dds file myself but couldn't give it the matte effect at all. So I used yours and slightly edited it. I will only share the skin if you allow it.
Could you tell me how did you do it? I used the original map file. Turned it completely black but couldn't get a matte effect.

sure do it. looks good.
with mapping its

WHITE - Full Reflections
BLACK - matte
anything in between gives you the different results of course.
i used almost black for my mapping

Thanks man.
I used the original map file that I unpacked. It was greyscale. I see yours is RGB. Maybe that's why mine didn't work, I don't know.

Here's the skin:

The same skin with empty in-car screen (It was too loud for my taste):

@Fanapryde I didn't make it completely matte, judging by the photos I found online. I can adjust it if you want.

Cool, thanks. Looks pretty good to me. On track it seems to be very close to what I saw IRL.
I copied that screen interior DDS to the other skins too, that car screen was indeed too intrusive... 👍

For the Supra 2019

for those who play in 3d and do not like the speed and gear digit to float in the air, this put them back in the same plane as the dash.
