You don't like it - take it up with SD. If I wanted to make every change to the car I could,I would and you sure as hell aren't telling me what I can do with it...

I seem to have been polite and I looked for a discussion here. But many of you are only able to fill me with ****.
With Marc I had a very polite dialogue in private, and he was understanding and respectful towards me, saying he would keep the mod private.
Sim Dream is responsible for this mess, it is not necessary to carry out any attack against ASR and myself.

Yes you can post the data file that is useless unless you have the base mod, just like an aftermarket part for a car or the data replacements on RD by Arch that are from the Japanese DLC.
As far as how and where you got the base mod that you edited goes, not my concern.

i'm not affiliated with sim dream in any parts, i just love old f1 cars, and they representations in assetto corsa....so i bought it, tried to improve it with my poors skills, and tried also to share, communicate my passion....so i bought illegal conversion. ASR ask to me to do not share their mod, for me its ok.
Now that they are getting along with Sim Dream to solve their problems.
Sorry to pollute the forum with this story. End for me.

A fine example of bad faith, these guys are appropriating the work of others without mentioning them.
I am not crying, i'm an adult but the method is disrespectful in relation to the work provided.
I hope Marc, you’re not leaving the forum because one or two guys are not happy.
Your work is incredible compared to the original version, really.

You need to find a way to solve the problem. Instead, you want to make the community decide it.

You can 't - the mod has already gone online. A huge number of people who do not read this forum share it with each other in each country in local community forums.
The only right decision you can make is to allow mod to spread for free. It will be punishment for simdream. Do you want respect for yourself? You 'll get it. And if you keep being angry, stomp your feet, to turn time back, forcing someone to remove the mod - just turn people away from yourself. But don 't solve the problem all the same.

I don't think you have the right to re-produce the 1992 cars anyway, have you got an agreement with Ferrari, Mclaren etc? you're just as much in the wrong as anybody else, nobody giving away or re-working mods is doing it purposley to hurt anybodies pockets, they just want to share their love of the game and the cars with the community.
