Ok I thought I understood, but apparently I did not, since when do we need a kn5 to make preview?
It's a bit strange.
What I did (wasn't sure how to):
I renamed the lexus_rcf_gt3_acc.kn5 to lexus_rcf_gt3_acc_backup.
Then I took one of the extra kn5 files and changed that name to lexus_rcf_gt3_acc.kn5.
Now the car has only one number plate in showroom and previews.
The "end" files show a car with endurance lights, the "std" files not.
I have not found the difference (yet) between the files 18 and 19 though.

Apart from that it's a great car to drive and it looks very nice too, no complaints there.

When the car is encrypted. I think this is a courtesy from @ELEMENT1999 for those people who want to make their own previews (because the actual car kn5 is encrypted, and so won't appear in the showroom, and therefore cannot be used to make previews).
I'm not bothered because I don't care about having all my previews exactly the same, but @ELEMENT1999 should be thanked for taking the time to provide these extra kn5s so that people can create their own previews if they want to.

Thuakien Lu has updated our Nissan Skyline Super Silhouette by finally adding brakes, more power, new drivertrain, 9000< RPM and fixing lights too, now I can finally drive this beast of mine properly! ^ ^

Thank you for the posting. It's great to have this legend in AC and the sound seems wonderfully authentic.
Some feedback: there were some minor issues with incorrect drover params and older version of flames that were easily corrected by CM.
There is a flickering object in the driver footwell not far from the accelerator thats very distracting in cockpit driver view.
The rear tire shadows seem off (i.e. large black squares) depending on which external replay camera you're using.
The only choice of tire is Dunlop semi-slick. Is that accurate for the series the car ran in? The car is certainly quite difficult to control when braking fom high speed no matter how I adjust the brake balance..
Hope to see further refinements in the future.

Has anyone seen this site before? it is call top race, but it looks like an IP address!!!!

but this one is not encrypted and appears in the showroom.

@ELEMENT1999 's car IS a proper car from Gran Turismo. It's the RB X2014 from GT6 and GT Sport.

Physics felt fine to me for such a high downforce concept car (effectively a road-going aeroplane) with ridiculous power. - what was so 'bad' about it in your opinion? 'Bad' doesn't really say much.

It's just the IP address of the Toprace site you linked so may be something to do with The Great Firewall of China ;)
But at least Toprace doesn't crap out with a bandwidth limit for me
Sounds good, I might be mistaken, my mandarin is rusty,:dopey:, but it looks like their is a lot of cars and tracks there to download.:gtpflag:

Yeah, I only got to page 2 but I think a lot of stuff posted there is already out there but I'll have a proper look through when I get a mo.

@Cote Dazur Just out of interest - how do you download from that toprace site? I can't see any links anywhere

Edit: ignore this as I've found what i need from the usual places.. A lot of those cars are on RD already lol

Is that done in Content Manager?
Yep, in CM showroom, just click the window from inside the car (or from outside the car if you can't get inside, but from the other side of the car so you're looking through the car - you want to make sure you're selecting the interior face of the glass) until the window is highlighted, then click on the three dots next to MATERIAL glass_int in the top of the menu, change values, change alpha mode to 'alpha testing' then save (not 'save preset', just 'save') then hit 'escape' a few times to back out.
