Ferrari display :
The rudder F310 has indicators with 4 registers, not 3, so the numbers should be smaller.
Is it possible to make a speed indicator that will record the maximum and minimum speed for some time?
Michael Schumacher used such tools on most of the cars he acted on.
This screenshot doesn 't show what tachometer LEDs look like on the steering wheel, does it work yet?
If you can, and want to make more like a real F310, I can to give some materials.

Is it possible in AC to switch the operation modes of dashboard indicators? As it was in NetCarPro and is now in ACC.
Has anyone met such mods?

MERCEDES SLR MCLAREN

A list of features that megolito and i did:
megolito fixed the performance now its accurate
megolito revamped the shaders on the fenders and the rims.
megolito fixed the wing now its actually accurate Doug explaned this probably in the best way on how it works.

look at from 4:41 to 5:31
i fixed up the shifting animations we first thought that it was an automatic but then realized that the thing actually had paddle shifters.

@MrB00 answered as better as I will do now.
He has been a perfect interpreter of my words and I thank him warmly.

I assume my words which could be considered as "harsh" but... I wasn’t AT ALL thinking about YOU, You just wasn’t in my mind.
So I can apologize if I offended you but, I repeat, you absolutely wasn’t "in my air".

My thought was subjective for sure and I choose by the interest in and the reputation my free downloads.

So, I was a little be "rude" and, I will repeat it as often It could be necessary, You was not in my thought.

If I put you in anger, I’m deeply and frankly sorry.

Cool cool no worries.
I literally am just playing around and have said few pages back i might just keep these cars i am using to expand the TCL packs to myself as i am not in anyway confident with them.
I am very aware at the sheer volume of mods out there that are the same models over and over again.
But for those who like me try everything once I am aiming at them.
I think we are so far down the path of over population of mods for AC that a few more here and there isn't going to make that much difference.

But yeah, certainly not trying to make anything from this endeavour be it money or ego, just trying to get the feel, but that is subjective and dependent on peoples FFB set up's etc.

Certainly recommend to anyone to open up a kunos car and see the data files and what goes into these things.
I only just found out how much car inertia can make a difference for example to feel...

A finnish modder called Jari Leppänen has visually improved our Nissan Skyline R31 Super Silhouette on the lights, changed wheels and finally fixing those ugly interior hole textures so it looks like a proper masterpiece now

I got it from a friend of his called Jouni Pallinen through Messenger and defenitely had to share it to all of you, good job he did, enjoy

I disappeared down the rabbit hole and have been having some "fun" (ie, not fun) with this car for most of the day after the open invitation for people to try and improve it. I hope I've gone some way towards that, especially for cockpit users.
A lot more time could be spent tweaking this car but it's not the easiest model to work on.

I've edited the changelog thus:
1.2 Updates by Mascot 20.01.2020:
-UI information added, inc driver, team, car number
(based on the #11 KDR30 Super Silhouette entered by Hasemi Motorsport TOMICA at the 1982 Fuji Super Silhouette Series, driven by Masahiro Hasemi)
-manual shifting animation added (not perfect, but close. Preload adjusted for high-revving engine)
-many shader adjustments inside and out
(almost all ambient, diffuse and specular values were very odd, but direct sun should no longer causes horrendous nuclear glare on tweaked objects)
-exterior paint, decals, wheel caps all darkened slightly, diffuse values altered for a more natural look
-many cockpit materials desaturated for a more subtle, less 'cartoony' ambience
-MOMO driver suit, gloves and helmet added to replace default white Sparco ones
-centre console, steering wheel and dashboard rivets still need sorting out.
Note: be very careful before attempting to tweak this car as it will involve a lot of trial-and-error. Object grouping is almost non-existent and Kunos shader values are redundant.
I don't know where the original model came from but it contains a lot of hidden geometry that is just bloating the model unnecessarily and reducing performance.
Some objects (eg the rivets, and there are a LOT of them) are downright weird. You have been warned. :)

NOTE:
THIS WILL REPLACE YOUR EXISTING CAR SO RENAME THAT FOLDER FIRST IN CASE YOU WANT TO REVERT.

@TonySSS isn't this car the R30, rather than the R31? The Hasemi Motorsport TOMICA #11 from 1982/1983 season (which this car seems based on) was an R30, I think, not an R31. Might be wrong.

New Solstice 3.5:

DISCLAIMER:
Graphics mods, ReShade presets and PPFilters are always a matter of taste. I'm not saying this is the best mod out there, but I personally like my settings more than anything available.

Anyway, this is Solstice, my personal enhancement for Sol and the Custom Shaders Patch. Its origins come from my Project CARMEN graphics mod, but since things like weather and particle effects are now controlled from Sol and the CSP, it didn't make sense to downgrade that mod.

Solstice consists of these things:

A ReShade preset, a PP-filter, a Sol config and tweaked spark effects.

I'm also still tinkering around with it, but I also don't plan daily updates.... so don't worry that you have to download it again and again all the time.

*cough* well I try my best...

Note: Backup the files in the install locations, so you can revert if you don't like the results. Every file is needed to get the desired effect and everything works hand in hand. This mod needs the Custom Shaders Patch & Sol.

This mod is tested with CSP v0.1.36 & Sol 1.4

Install: Drop the "assettocorsa" folder into X>Steam>steamapps>common and overwrite everything. Drop the "Documents" wherever your usual "Documents" folder is located and do the same. Download the latest ReShade version from here: https://reshade.me/ Install ReShade as instructed (search for acs.exe, use DirectX 10/11/12), but UNCHECK ALL EFFECTS! OR IT WILL OVERWRITE THE SETTINGS!

I just want to clarify that I wasn't criticising anyone earlier, I was just genuinely puzzled why the car folder was over 400MB when the the same car on Assettoland is 58MB, around 8-9 times smaller - and that one has three cars in it, not just one. I couldn't open the folder at the time as it failed at 100%. I wasn't even sure at that stage if you'd edited the car or were just sharing it. The flipped shifting animation and missing doors were weird though, seems like someone borked it before it was uploaded to Assettoland (or Assettoland did this themselves when re-upping it from RD). It was odd that the driver starts in the passenger seat - that coupled with the flipped shifting animation seemed to suggest it had been converted from RHD to LHD. Very puzzling!
:)

How does performance compare to Sol, especially in VR? I've always heard that Reshade can be a bit of a hog and I can't afford to lose any frames, having only just got them back..! ;)

Nice one, amazing how deep the rabbit hole goes once you start to go down it. Car looks much better from your pics and definitely less shiny in the cockpit.

As for it being an R30 I'm not sure Nissan did a Silhouette version of the r31...All I could find was this one and I don't think this is it

ReShade doesn't work in VR as far as I know. Unfortunately I don't have PCVR so I cannot really tweak it for that.

Uncompressed, the S1 from RD is 266 MB, and the modified TCL 70's is 414 MB.

The sfx (+73 MB) and new skins (+97,3 MB) in the modified version account for the difference.

Ah, is it the same car? I don't understand why it was re-upped then, and how it ended up so big?

Also, has somebody really just uploaded a Kunos car to RD with data tweaks and a broken Motec (and maybe some bodywork mods, I'm not sure)..?
https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/ferrari-488-challenge.30561/
How on earth is that still there?

Ah, might be worth adding a note on RD saying it's not suitable for VR users then - it might save a lot of questions later. :)

Amazing shots, especially the Primera pics.

I see in the RD description it says "Solstice consists of these things:
A ReShade preset, a PP-filter, a Sol config and tweaked spark effects"..Can this be installed without the tweaked sparks as I only messed about with them the other day and am reluctant to change them again ;)

Of course, just don't copy the Documents folder.

Would someone here who has access to Shift 2: Unleashed files be able to post the folder for the Speedhunters GTX Huayra? I think I might actually try out 3DsimED and pay around with the Pagani a bit. Unfortunately I don't own the game and I'm not about to drop $20 on a 'meh' NFS game just for one car model.

I know it’s another copy and paste job of a car, but for those of you who haven’t tried the new 2020 C8.R Corvette hopefully these videos will help give to give an impression of it
