Thanks man
@Scaff for this great video
and thanks for your dedication and the time you took to make this video.
Let me start by saying that I might be wrong with my statement above and I will try again this time to compare both, as you did, with same car and same conditions (as much as possible).
However let me clarify/comment the following:
1- I wasn't talking about the graphics. Everyone knows that GTS looks better than AC and PC2 in that regard, but I don't care too much about graphics.
2- Yes I was referring to the feeling of the road. ==> By that I mean it's probably the FFB! And that is why I am shocked because I hate GTS's FFB and I know that PC2's FFB is superior!
3-However I should confess that Bathrust was maybe one of the 1st tracks I've driven on PC2, so it was the initial release (which was very buggy) and maybe the car itself played a big role in that. Besides I might not have dialed my FFB settings yet so that also could influence it.
4- On another note, I know that the shake in the car in PC2 (visually, dashboard, etc.) is huge while it's absent in GTS. But I'm not sure how much of that is transferred to the FFB and not limited to visuals.
What I will do now, is to try to compare them NOW that both games are a bit settled and stable. Also my FFB settings are to my liking in both (although, on a side note, I wish if they both blatantly copy AC's FFB algorithm/implementation coz it's on another level).
I'll compare them and then report back my findings in here.
I think they might converge with yours but I dunno why the 1st Bathrust encounters in both games left me that impression
