If the physics changed, shouldn't the leaderboards be reset (or at least they should be archived and a new leaderboard with these new physics be created)?
 
Trying it a month ago and fall in love with this! :D This is like a Gran Turismo that you can play anywhere and anytime (or it should be called GT Pocket :lol:).

And then I change my phone... My phone was Asus Zenfone 5 and it worked great. It even can run in 60FPS smoothly. Later I change it with Asus Zenfone Selfie and re-download the game, trying it and looks like unstable to play in 60FPS.

@jujunosuke maybe some explanation can help and how the solution is

Anyway I still like it and keep looking for future updates.

Depending on the device, there are some variations in performances.
Every Android devices have different configuration that can affect the perfs actually. Its hard to cover all devices.
But in the next update we will move to Unity5 and as far as i tested, Android performances went up.

So let's pray for better perfs on your Asus!
 
Ok... after testing the new version... here's my comments:

  • Physics FINALLY feel drivable! For high speed circuit driving, it's great... but a bit twitchy with the low-speed slaloms... the back end still kicks out on you at low speeds (which it should, but maybe have a bit of a visual warning such as the car going a bit sideways (and not have the camera rigidly attached to the back of the car) on the camera? Other than that, feels great!
  • Is there a way of letting us do unlimited laps on a track or have unlimited time on the Docks?
  • Maybe have a couple of fun sort of minigames on the Docks area such as slaloms, time trials on technical checkpoint-based runs, and other fun stuff to earn money and have a good time?
  • We need MORE money in the lower-tier stuff... even with double credits it's still extremely hard to earn money...
  • Why don't tires and gearbox upgrades as well as suspension upgrades increase car class? Could we have a PP system or something like that?
  • Can we have a "reset to default" button on the car setup page if players really screw up their setups?
  • On the topic of setups, can we have a "save setup" button and we could name our setups?
  • Could we also share our setups and have a full setup database?
  • Is it possible that we could have a way of downloading other people's times and race them as ghost cars?
  • Could we have split times to our PBs, a target player (that you can set as a rival on the leaderboards), and the world record for each sector of a lap?

Other than that, I've completed (all gold) all of the Novice class licenses, and am sort of close on the Intermediate class tests... Speed Control (I2) is sort of rage-inducing... The understeer is real! :lol:

I like where this game is going so far... Bring us more!

(and maybe some Race Modifications... :lol: )

1 ) For the Camera warning, you have 3 camera types.
depending on the camera you choose, the feel can be quite different, so pick up the one that fit your driving style the best.

2) No unlimited lap atm.

3) Minigames inside docks area are a good idea, we may include that in the next license tests tho.

4) No Money no honey, just kidding XD We are still adjusting things but it takes time. We are thinking about a fair solution.

5) Car Classes are only based on Power / Weight Ratio. it is hard to quantify a gear ratio or a tire.

6) Reset button setup is planned

7) Saving setup will be added to a our TODO list :)

8) Setup database is a good idea.

9) Ghost race is planned

10) Sector Laps is going to be in the next release but just as an in-game time indication.
We could however work on a "World Ranking system" to compete with people within the same range of skills.

Btw what do you mean by race modifications?

Not that it's any loss, as i'm having a little too much fun with the S15 on the Docks. :D
 
Also one other suggestion that is somewhat necessary when tuning gears: Can we please have the estimated top speed at the rev limiter when we are adjusting gears?

Any chances of seeing some enhanced AirPlay supprt? Currently AirPlaying this to my Apple TV just mirrors the screen, which is perfectly fine and playable... but it'd be cool if it took advantage of the dual screens like some apps do with AirPlay, like only showing the control overlays on the iPhone screen and showing the gameplay on the TV. Maybe even the option to go completely HUD-less on the TV screen and have the speedometer on the iPhone screen.
 
I really love the graphics and physics of this new update, it seems that this game has the potential to make Asphalt and Real Racing tremble in fear with game technology, making it almost like a PS3 game, but in terms of cars and tracks, it'll still need to grow a lot more into the most diverse selection on mobile.

This game is still growing, but I think this is no doubt my favorite mobile game ever. The game feels like a mobile Forza to me, with some elements of Automodellista in there.

Lain, that sounds interesting, however i have nothing to test right now.
I'll do some research on this.

Actually, we will provide support for Apple TV soon so it will be a good timing to test :)
 
Something like complete race car conversions such as in GT2 and GT5. Make it cost about 20-100k?

Also another thing, with the gearbox, can we have an estimated top speed (when you hit the limiter) for each gear and have it change as you change the gear ratios?
I think its a bit early for him to add race mods to the game considering the amount of cars in the game.

On the subject of AR, may I suggest the ff:

1. A seperate home garage screen.
2. Increase the payouts.
3. More cars obviously.

Also I have to ask, what is Hit Apex? I usually get that whenever I'm in a TT event.

Basically hitting the apex of a corner. Some corners have it, some don't. Only the real significant corners (such as turn 1 on AR Official Raceway forward) have it, fast S-bend corners that you could straightline usually don't.

Ohh I see but wouldn't be easier to know the apexes through a guide? Maybe like NFS Shift's track map where you can see where the apexes are located.
