Which Day/Time Would You Like This To Take Place?

Stupid dfgt, throttle potentiometer started playing up when I was practicing before the race, and didn't have time to open the pedal box up to try fix it, so I just hoped it would go away, as it tends to come and go when it starts going stupid.

Best lap in practice was a 24.4 on full fuel, and was feeling confident. First two laps of the race was having to pull up on the throttle going into corners, stuffed up a heap and ended up at the back, so I thought stuff it I'll just use the race to do a long tyre deg run, so I pitted end of lap two and ran 18 laps on a set. Obviously tyres were toast towards the end lol, but at least I got a decent test run out of a failed race lol.

Didn't have a set up at all for London as I hadn't had time to practice it (only practiced an hour at Brands). Just shortened my gears and used the brands tune, turned out ok I guess, but those races were stupidly hectic. I know I was put into the wall a few times, but I don't really care 'cause I'm pretty sure that was the only way to pass anyone at that track lmao.

I don't mind switching my wild card entry to group b. I'll have to try fix that potentiometer though, because it just blips the throttle when I lift off the pedal, and the only way to stop it is tap the throttle or lift it up from behind, either way, lack of engine braking doesn't help when you're trying to late brake lol, just ends up in the gravel.

The quality of racing was nowhere near as good as it was at Indy, Mid-Field or Tokyo. And I believe the tracks had alot to do with it. Sadly for me, I had the worst race/s of my GT6 career tonight. I managed to recover but nowhere near my podium target. Luck played a massive factor though and I never had any!

Everyone has those days, fortunately.

London. I gave everyone a warning to not do anything stupid, and what happened, someone divebombed and took out half the field. In turn 1.

I made a bad decision to put London on the calendar, but I thought we'd be a lot more cautious.

Housekeeping will come out tomorrow morning and address the nights racing.

I'm a little disappointed by the attendance in Group B, I believe there's too many in Group A which is why I'm considering switching. :indiff:

You both can switch to Group B if you wish, but points won't follow over.

My race one was good for a hand ful of laps in the middle when my throttle stopped having a mind of it's own lol. London, typically, my throttle seemed cured of it's craziness for both races lol

Next season, If we do the British double header, I suggest replacing London with either Clubman Stage Route 5 or The Stowe Circuit in Silverstone.

Not fussed about points anyway, I'll only be able to commit to a few rounds. Hoping to make it to Bathurst for sure, and perhaps Suzuka and Silverstone. Are you guys using co-drivers for Bathurst? If so I'll put my hand up to be someone's co-driver.

I've just had a look at the first London race...

...I shivered.

But, seriously, nobody actually dived in, it was just a case of 5 cars cant turn into Downing Street at the same time...

Even though i was the only Group B driver, It wasn't exactly lonely for me. Enjoyed all the races, even had some battles with Group A drivers.

I hope there are more cars in group B for the next race:tup:

My race one started good up until lap 2 when I was helped off the track for a massive loss. Then I had never wanted a race to end so early and so much then I did at Brands.

Co-drivers are available for Bathurst. And you are able to be someone's co-driver.

I am too. On day 1 I intended to signup as Group B driver, I don't remember why I switched. I hope in the next race there won't be too much B cars and no A

I'm the same if people need a co-driver give me a shout :) 👍

Well considering I'm only going to be a part time driver, I'll throw my name in as a co-driver. So if anyone needs a co-driver, I'm available, and I'm a lot more consistent than I was tonight when I get longer than an hour to prepare, test, tune, and practice for a race lmao :D

How did that happen? :odd:
Its not screwed on, I just have those big clip things. They've held on since june but seemed to give up today.
Now that's what I call quality!

We all had bad nights tonight, but the people who had the worst by far is...

LogiTech.

Tonight has shown their imperfections in quality for sure and I wonder if it'll hurt sales. :P
It got me a 3rd, that's good enough... :)
