Q So how was your first experience as a Group A entrant in the ATCC?
Well being fairly new to the sport and coming out of the amateur leagues to be honest I was a bit shell shocked with the pace. The car performed well but coming out of corners the sheer power of the mustang had me power sliding out of some straights resulting to some unfortunate spin outs.
Q Rumor has it @Mikey24 was furious post race with an incident?
Yeah he came down to our garage hurling abuse at me and my crew re a racing incident. He actually kicked in one of my car doors!. I'll be sending him the repair bill in due course. I'm yet to hear from the stewards so I guess that incident will stay on the track.
Q Can you get your Mustang up to pace to compete with the other Group A drivers?
Good question. I think its not going to happen overnight but ive got more time to prep for next rounds racing so fingers crossed I can improve.

Oh it's not raining. But it is dark.I've had enough rain, bad weather and storms now your making it rain for pre qual.
It'll rain next week at Silverstone, like always. Damn British weather.

That is a very very good point David. PD have developed a random weather system, as we saw in FGT (I think), True had the room set to e.g. 50% weather - it was raining and then he re-opened the room and it didn't rain one bit the whole time.Random weather ? That's unfair man !

All weather has been set the same. 10% Weather, 7 Changeability. This should keep the very unlikely chance of rain at bay, but should see some cloud build up at the very least. I've tested these settings extensively and have found that no rain occurs.Random weather ? That's unfair man !

The random aspect, however, adds to realism. Since everyone holds Pre-Q sessions at different times, the weather would be very unlikely to be the exact same.
Oh, and if anyone had noticed, in Pre-Q sessions I've been experimenting with the weather, and the current 10% weather is the lowest it's been since the season started.
