Sorry for getting in the way tonight guys I need to do some serious practice after not playing for a few weeks.

Thanks for Hosting Greasy and good to see you all again.See you all during practice runs in the week.

Can some one send me the race results and I will update all relevant championship points and times?

Also I will need for someone to send the Bathurst results as I don't think that the points from that round have been added ?

Big race next week should be good...

G'day guys i'm actually not gone to race tonight because i'm feel a little under the weather but I can still host if need and it will give you guys a chance to catch up in the championship points

We could have it so it's drop worst 2 or 3 rounds. Vend missed 2 , I've missed 2 , nas 3 I think. But I'm easy either way. Good to have ya back vend. Commodores tommorow if keen m8

Sounds good Mixy I like the idea maybe we can have a vote with the other drivers and see how every one feels about a 2-3 round drop.We need to sabotage Greasys car before the next race as he is to fast lol .

Come on that's a little unfair my car already last night had a HP lost 30hp I started the race with only 1019hp an by the end it only had 999hp so what next for me to put me on comfort LOL
I driver with no hands then will that make you guys happy LOL

We can have a no tyre depletion setting or vote for another option either way I don't mind but there will not be a use all compounds in the next race.

Any ideas guys?

As much as I enjoy the tyre regs, full damage settings, fuel and tyre strategy I think no damage and no tyre and fuel depeletion would be the best settings fot this round. Make it more about the track and driving. An 8 lap time attack!

So would it be ok if i could join your series for the last 4 round s and maybe next series ?
I will race for no points so not to take points from others , i'm just bored and need to race .

You are more than welcome to participate in the remainder of the ATL's F1 season based on a no points while racing.
Hope Project Cars will not be a beta version like GT6 upon its release, but looks very promising from the below link...

Yeah PROJECT CARS looks great but at the moment they are only supporting the thrustmaster wheel s so that could be a problem for people like me who have a LOGITECH G27 wheel .
Hopefully they will support other wheel s .

That was a cool vid Ven. Guessing thats on PS4? I just dont understand why there isnt a Gran Turismo on PS4 yet. Surely they have had enough time, they should have made GT 6 as a prologue on PS4. Bit of a worry of no G27, hope thats not a sign of things to come.

For this round only there will be no tyre & fuel depletion settings activated or pit stops,as well as no full damage,so it's just about Speed and more Speed.Should be a fun race...

Please be mindful of this circuits narrow layout and leave room for drivers attempting to overtake.

Gents,

Just a quick note to advise you all that I have taken a new career role/path that will involve me in flying out for 4 weeks for work and flying back for a one week off as a rest period.If anyone is interested in running the remainder of the ATL F1 season please let me know as we need to update race results on a weekly basis? Once I have established my 1 week off date cycle I will open a new ATL Race Championship thread on GTP that will be run once a Month for 9 rounds.

I have been testing the Camaro Z29 1969 Race Car

and have had great feed back from the car and think it will make for some good close racing.

I would like to thank you all as it's been a pleasure to race with a great bunch of guys who have the same interest as me and that is racing in a clean and competitive environment and manner.
Unfortunately my last race will be tonight and I will not take any points and will race for fun.

Well that sucked. I thought the power went out for a second but it was another triple beep shutdown for my PS3. I got two during the track stars last race also. That might be it for me and GT6, with driveclub and pCARS just around the corner. No much motivation to buy another PS3.

Sigh.. Greasy and I were having a great battle. He was scampering off, I would close up then make a mistake, he would pull a lead again, I'd close down, half spin etc... Was fun.

Got disconnected from server on lap 4! typical GT6 ******** !!

During my 3rd qualifying lap on the second last sector was up by .836 on nases time,then the pressure got to me as I over ran my next brake marker and that was that.Good qualifying time by nas well done M8.Race start was a bit messy sat behind Greasy and Nas for a while then my concentration went and so did the front runners as they started to pull further and further away.I wanted to set the fastest lap time by then nas had a DC I thought ...and Greasy was 20 - 30 second ahead and then bang ! I got DC from lobby server.

Any how it was good to see everyone make an appearance considering the very poor quality of development this GT6 game has offered us all since it's release.

My connection was to PSN was abysmal! I have no internet issues but kept dropping out - when the qualy started I only had four runners on my screen . . . thought maybe that would fixup . . . nah . . .
