O.K. here we go again, decided to start off with one of my favie cars, it'll slide a little and might snap back and bite ya but some nice laps should come 👍

Count me in on this one guys. How long will this series be? And can we make combo suggestions or is everything in the box?
Quite anxious to see if all combos will be complementary to the first series.

EDIT seems I missed out completely the interest check & warmup round??? & looking at the first banner it'll prolly be a five rounder.
first pathetic effort in the Renault (default gear, tcs on): 21.052 - 1.01.422. Dislike for the track is growing into fascination how to negotiate all those height differences, and it's good practice for rerunning the WRS qually :lol:
 
Looks like a good one Erik. I'll give it a few test laps while here and hit it once we get back home. I like the fact it overlaps WRS and we have different deadlines. 👍👍

Not trying to moan about your combo's Eric but both the warm up and this one just aint to my taste and will probably only run one more session on this one as its simply pot luck if it stays in the direction you want it to go as you are taking the hill turns at the start ... then it has a few more bends where it is totally reckless near T2 :crazy: not really my cup of tea mate as it wants me to brake to much and work too hard! :P

I will get a clean save and submit 👍 Cant like em all as they say and I like this car but the way it drives this course is a big put off for me! good luck to all running this and will defo be back for round 2 👍

OK....what a beast, had to give it a couple scooby snacks to calm it down and a great sounding engine on this thing love it.

ran it on default gearing and came up with splits as...

T1 19.829 / T2 59.217

As for my racing, my gt4 disc is screwed up I think. Have to do a little trouble shooting with George to make sure, but the red load clock has overruled the game. I believe its the disc as the ps2 works with other games.
So I'm playing a little BLACK till then.

Hmmmm now you got me thinking :dopey: I sure hope I posted this race the way I intended it, you see I have several scribled notes on things and I may have had something a little different in mind. I'll run it now and see :scared:

No offence taken mate, can't like em all for sure and I have much more variety in store 👍

EDIT: Pheuw, it's excactly what I wanted to run. I know it's a little sketchy on the back stretch, just like me :P

240k gearing, right on the limit of running out of top before the last sweeper. Might have to go 250 if I get quicker.

It's hilarious fun, you've just got to get a smooth line up the hill-esses, and STAY OFF THE KERBS!

Sure can 👍 I was hoping to have everyone listed in the interest thread but I guess I hurried things a bit. Reason being, if your names on the list you might be more inclined to run the whole series not just the first race 💡

Very small improvement but with a nice .000 finish: 20.989 - 1"00.835
Still need lots of space to improve but I will try to, don't fear. This car's lack of understeer is generously compensated by its carnivaly oversteer habits LOL.

Looks like your getting on pretty well with the wheel Jerry. At least much beter then I am, my last try with it was a good second slower then the splits I have now :yuck:
