Because you dont get that picture quality with an on-board cam.

EDIT: You can perfectly see that the car isnt moving when you look at the light/shadow on the dashboard.
Its steady, you would never get that lighting in real footage plus that the car and steering wheel would move a lot more.
Really, just a still standing car with a video of the REAL Nordschleife.

Ok, my mistake.

Even movement of the steering wheel is weird.

I also have noticed that the shadow of the sticker on the windschield is at the same place even going through the corner.
