"Slightly more conservative" says it all really.

It's strange how the parties increasingly take every opportunity to have an opposing stand point on a given issue (forced difference), yet the net result is that the parties are virtually identical in their governance. It's a farce, and I'm ashamed.

I kinda understand what you mean, but I think that they do change on issues of the time, it just means, if your guys don't win, its not the end of the world because 85% of things will remain the same.

Sadly there is no "my guys" at all. It's all very uninspired, and completely lacking in vision. The main thing I care about is having Mr. X (Nick Xenophon) in there doing what he can. I remember voting for him when the Liberals organised for his name to be left off the ballot all together. We had to find out by other means that voting for the blank square meant voting for Nick. He got in though.

I'm not looking forward to an Abbott lead government but this link gave me some hope for the future: http://m.thevine.com.au/#article/264996

Personally, I plan on voting Sex Party again. I'm not really a big fan of any of the major three parties so I'll stick with a party that I actually agree with on 99% of their policies.

well there is that option, but you may as well do a Donkey vote, if its not going to one of the main parties initially, it will eventually and just delays the count.

Not that it'll matter this time, we'll be 60% Liberal by 7pm, probably declare victory before sunset.
