Cam Kila Incident

Kila moves over to take his normal line and slight contact is done. The result for cam was probably multiplied by some lag there. But never the less

5s penalty for causing a collision
20s penalty for not waiting

Reminder: ballast is applied before penalties, so yes Kila you have 30kg .

Yet to receive any more incident reports so as of now this is the only penalty.

All spreadsheets up to date. All ballast correct etc.

Penalty was expecting that. You must be joking bout the ballast.

We don't have a restart strategy and tbh I don't want one.

I've frequently been wrecked on opening lap and don't mind. Plus look at kila, he was only 19s back from first at the end...

Drivers on the planet are like drivers on the freeway/motorway. All want to be in the front fighting, fighting, fighting. Drivers need to learn if you stay within a couple of seconds of other drivers and most importantly race to their pit windows all that time lost duking it out can be made up come the end of even a 1 hr race. I've had virtually only 1 incident out of numerous races and I still get Top 5's and podiums. Just race to you pit windows and make up ground in clean air! Especially the fast drivers they have nothing to worry about. It's the slow drivers I would expect to be desperate since they can't make up ground and rely on the draft to stay in the fight. If you are a slow driver put more time into your track positioning thru pit strategy and race pace on shot tires! 👍

the hsv is too fast
heres why
i have been on setting it up for the last hour gradually knocking down my times.
i know the track well so my lines are good i got down to a 36 .3
cam turns up goes straight out by the end of lap 3 hes over half a second quicker and after about 10 laps hes low 35s and i cant match that and don't think many can with most regulars on a reasonable amount of ballast

to put it simply
i think we have a situation similar to the lexus

I haven't tried any other car so can't say much about hsv compared to orhers. I don't like this track but I think it likes me I always seem to better here then at other tracks I like.

A few of you guys should take out the hsv and see what times you get

Ive tested the hsv and the gtr is still faster

Tokyo is a track where the hsv will shine because of the high speed sweeping corners , hsv has best downforce

The HSV has slow acceleration and takes a bit to hit top speed. The GTR and NSX are faster. I think the HSV is easier on the tires and better on mediums.

From what I've read the HSV is kinda like the garaiya, good handling and strong in high speed sections but a little less straight shove.

The hsv is really strong at suzuka sector 1 and grand valley sector 2 .

Anything with a lot of tight turns it shines
