You need a minimum of 200 posts. If you make an avatar, it can not be 100x100 pixels in dimension and 35kb in size. :)

As far as I know, avatars can only be .jpg or .gif for animated ones. :)
 
Click on anybody's avatar and a popup window will display all the requirements for avatars...

How long have avatars been "clickable"?:confused: I just remember browsing one day, and I noticed I could click on someone's avatar. I thought it was a special avatar that was a link or something.........:odd:

They've been clickable for about 7-8 months now.

Well, when you put your mouse over an avatar, down the bottom in the status bar it comes up with javascript:void so I thought it would block that persons posts so I couldn't see them. :lol:

If you look when they registered, it was before the 200 post limit was created. :)
