B-spec experience. Specific question.

I'm grinding my main Bob (currently at lvl 36) so i can enter the Nur-24 hour. this will obviously be the last race...my question is, if using multiple-Bobs, do they all share the total experience, or do they each get the same XP?

IE, if using 5 Bobs and the total is 10k, do they each get 2k XP or do they each get 10k.

I've never sat down and watched the B-spec races for more than a couple mins, and i mostly tend to rush through the menus after B-spec races :boggled:

And before anyone tells me to use the search, i did and didn't find anything :nervous:

Yeah, but is the XP divided amongst multiple drivers or do they each get the same?

In short, because i have to grind so much just to get to lvl 40 and do the last B-spec race left, will using more than 1 driver dived the XP thereby taking me longer to grind to lvl 40.

this grinding $hit not only sux big time, but makes no sense at all

It is your overall B-spec level that determines whether you can enter events (i.e. the bar at the top of the screen in your home page). Even if you get one of your drivers up to level 40 you still won't be able to do the Nurburgring 24hrs until your overall B-spec level has reached 40. So, for what you want to do, it doesn't matter how the experience points are allocated among the drivers.

Incidentally my observation is that the drivers share out the XP based on how many laps each driver completed. I once managed to complete the first endurance race (60 laps of Tsukuba) in a Lotus Elise with my first driver doing the whole thing. The other drivers didn't get any XP from the race.

That's what i needed to know, so the quickest way to get the XP needed to enter the final enduo-is to use a single driver so he levels up quicker by not sharing the XP earned....

Finally got there lol

Thanks :)

I don't think you're understanding it correctly. To get to the final enduro, your total b-spec points is what matters. The points for the individual drivers is irrelevant. You could retire all of your bobs and start with all new drivers, and it wouldn't affect the amount of time to get to level 40. Getting one of your bobs to 40 does not allow you to race the final enduro, only the total b-spec level at 40 does that. Check out your profile on the main page to see where you're at with total b-spec level.

No, re-read Stinkykid's first paragraph - it's your B-spec level that makes you eligible for events, not that of your drivers. It makes absolutely no difference to how soon you'll be able to do the 'Ring enduro whether you use one driver or four.

Guys, to enter the final enduro, my B-spec level needs to be 40, what i need to know is, is the XP earned in a race shared amongst the drivers or not?

I'm not talking about the class level, my Bobs class level is already 40.

If you enter a race where you can have more than 1 bob, the amount of xp on offer to the bobs (not yourself) is multiplied by the total number of bobs allowed in the race. 4 bobs allowed, 4 times the amount of xp, which will be shared between them. So if you enter 1 bob, you get the standard amount, but he will get 4x that amount. If you enter 2 bobs, you get the standard amount, but they will share the 4x amount between themselves. However it gets slightly more complex as the bobs will share the xp based either on the number of laps they did/time spent driving, not entirely sure which.

That was complicated.

There's a fixed amount of XP for the Bobs. This gets shared amongst the Bobs according to how much of the race they do .That's up to you, if you override the automatic pit values. If you leave it alone they will get roughly even shares, but if one of them begins and ends the race, for example, he will get a little more. If you use 1 Bob, he gets it all.

You get the amount stated at the end of the race. Here's a chart of experience needed for each level and experience gained for each race, so you can work it out:
