If you guys have trouble starting a race with the widget, quit the widget and run one 5 min race from gt.com. After it's done, try restarting the widget. This always seems to work for me, and the races start like they should.
Don't worry about the errors unless they're in red. The Widget is passing on information related to problems in the server. The red errors are critical.Another quick update - I tried 0.9.5 for a bit... I didn't have much luck with it for some reason - it was throwing up a lot of errors on the status/log window (sorry I didn't make a note of it), so I've gone back to an earlier version for the time being. I know that I'll eventually get stuck on the 'selecting drivers' state, but I find it quite reliable that one error aside.
I've just been highlighting the text and pressing Ctrl-C. Dunno what to tell you if that doesn't work... The debug window isn't my code. How do you copy the error code it puts up? I tried high lighting it and right clicking to copy it, but that didn't work.
The error was something like "stuck in no mans land" and I let it try to resolve it's self but it just can back to the same error.
Version 0.9.4 and up have a safety net timer which deals with that scenario. Is it not saying anything about retrying in the debug window?Yonis After waiting about 15 minutes It's stuck on selecting drivers. It doesn't seem to be resetting itself.
Yep, soon...Any chance we can get different colors other then the blue?
I've just fixed the JSON.parse problem in the Loading Drivers phase and the hang in Selecting Drivers. Trying to track down the Race Ended hang now.Yes, it was Loading Drivers and I have been stuck there and in the selecting drivers multiple times since as well. Not necessarily with this error message however.

Further more, the tool had crashed - not responding - so I had t kill it. Quite frustrating.
Also, I've just loaded the new version and it is reporting my credits incorrectly compared to my actual credits on GT5 -approximately a +500,000 difference.
Q: HELP! Why are my rewards sometimes missing, or my B-Spec drivers changing status by themselves?
A: This is a bug: the autosave feature in remote race is not working properly at this time. Every time you interact with an online B-Spec driver (e.g. change status from online to offline or vice versa, collect rewards, etc.), you must save explicitly yourself! If you don’t save yourself, you may end up losing data (rewards, online status). So always save by hand!

Your PS3 likely didn't sync up with the Internet last time you earned credits either.
Read the below...Thanks yonis, will try the new version out. Is there a way of getting the errors so we can provide feedback to you?
*If it's still getting stuck, you can re-enable Debug Mode by opening the gear menu in your task tray (Windows) or your menu bar (Mac) while holding down the Control and Shift keys; Debug Mode is at the bottom of the menu. Then close and reopen the Widget. Then you might be able to see what the problem is if it happens again.
