Try increasing rear downforce and increasing rear spring rate. If not be lighter on the accelerator or lengthen your lower gears.

im not the best tunner so i got someones elsees tune on... Downforce is maxed in front and back already... and the ride height is -10, -20 with SR of i think 16 and 16.5

so should i then lower front arodynamics and increase 16.5 SR to like 16.8?

the lsd is what makes your car over rev and spin out when you turn put the lsd to 5 on everything (trust me i know what im doing) when you put the lsd down raise the back spring rate until the car doesn't oversteer and downforce in the back slows you down so its only neccessary in racing to reduce the amount of tire wear but most likely your only problem is the lsd

and don't lower it that will mess with the whole oversteer/suspension problem if your going to lower it lower them exactly the same height

yeah.. its not my tune actually... when i first read the tune i thought it was kinda crazy... and it said something about like -2.9 toe in the front... but thats not even possible.. it goes from 0-10

Ill try these and get back to you guys

Change ride height to Front -20 Rear -10. That should solve your problem

Not even Possible on a Pescarolo Hybrid... just sayin

Also with the hole back end slipping out... its not even when i hit the gas in turns... sometimes ill have zero pressure on the throttle... and be like half way through a turn and it just randomly decided to go sideways...

so its not the LSD i dont think... definatly suspention issue

Try my tune of this car, a link in my sig to my garage. If it's still bad try the following adjustments.

LSD: 42, 60, 15.
camber -1.5 / -1.5

could be both if it keeps spinning out when you break or just turning in general make sure you have racing soft tires on tire wear is off and for suspension just raise the back spring rate

its in this game how could it not? thats why its called simulator

Believe what you want to believe mate, but i'm not the only one who shares the same views as me regarding the tuning physics in this game.

Have a look through the tuning forum, theres a few detailed threads about how changing some settings dont do as they should.

or maybe there veiws on what the parts should do are wrong

I kinda hate doing stuff the AI doesnt just b/c they already suck...

so u sually this is what i do... forgot to mention earlier...

-Body Work: (spoiler ect) none
-turbo's: none
-Tires: racing Hard

And my settings...
TCS:1
ABS:1
Rest: OFF

and i keep raising back spring rate... isnt working...

put racing soft on

Trollolololollolol.... just try to mess a bit with the spring rate (sounds like you need more stiff to the rear) and camber imo (raising it a bit, maybe a bit higher in the front).
Try messing with the LSD, maybe a bit higher in. tourqe (12), lower acc sens. (30-35?) and braking sens. at maybe 20-25.

Think you should mess with the LSD a bit before tuning your suspension, just my opinion tho. I dont have this car myself but Ive been tuning and testing both the other Pescalaro cars.

Someone earlier gave me a link to there acct's tune of the pescarolo hybrid.. i took it... and messed a little with transmition and the LSD...ALMOST PERFECT... its still a little looseer in the back then i want.. and i cant get the camber to go -1.5/-1.5

Something im missing? b/c it only goes to 0-10 on front and rear... is there upgrade or soemthing that allows me to go into negatives?

All camber in the game is negative, it's just not noted as such: -1.5 = 1.5

As to the original question, try more rear toe-in.
