Time to post the table again Evan 👍.
Manchester United beat Wigan 3-1, Ronaldo scored two, 1 was a pentaly, the keeper actually saved it but he palmed out straght back to Ronaldo. Solskjaer scored the thired goal. Baines scored a penalty for Wigan in the last minuet of extra time after Silverstre tackled Wright in the box, he got the ball but like so often happens these days wright went down and the ref called it. I still think the FA should look at these instances and regardless of the fact that the match is over now and the ref already called it, if it looks like a blatant dive, they should fine the player. It'd cut a lot of diving out of the game I'm pretty sure of it.

Oh and Chelsea drew against Reading, 2-2. Essien scored a peach ;).

And as if by magic...

No, you know the Premium member rules. Only one wish per month is allowed. You should maybe do some Reading of the rules. teehee.

I haven't wished yet. Lifetime Premium please :) (since I can only get monthly)

Got a little bit unsettled at the end of the Man U v Reading match, stupid Silvestre, you canalways gaurentee he'll do something stupid during a match. Still we won, we got 3 points, we extended our goal difference over Chelsea by 1 goal, and our points difference by 2 points, since you know, Chelsea didn't win and all.

I love it whenever Chelsea don't win :) But I hate it when Arsenel don't win, 1-0 down at the moment :(

I actually saw that match. Question about the commentators, though: What is the format? Are there always just 2 guys who root for each team? When I was watching, the one guy wouldn't shut up about Chelsea while he called the game, but when Reading scored, the other guy was going insane.

I think it would be interesting if that kind of commentary format was put to American football. It seems that their bias cancels eachother's out, whereas our commentators are forced to be neutral.

No not usually, at least not on our Sky sports channels, the commentators are generally neutral unless it's an international game then ofcourse English commentators will be rooting for England, but the commentary remains relatively neutral still.

I've just heard that Chelsea are going to make a bid for Sheff Utd's Phil Jagielka during the transfer window to replace Hilario.

They did indeen, Newcastle did very well to pull two goals from nothing yesterday. Man U were all over them, but the scored two long range goals ending in a 2-2 draw. Guess that 6 points gap is back to 4 after today.

Well somehow the gap remains at 6 points. I have no idea how Chelsea didn't score from listening to the match on the radio.

Paul Scholes won goal of the month, I expected it to be that one. All the goals were great but every time I see that volley it just looks better and better. A couple of good goals todat, notably Henry and Yakubu's goals. Carrick scored his first goal for Man U in their 3-1 win over Aston Villa , which was a pretty comfortable game for Man U.

Pennant scored in the 18th minuet. That's a result I'm happy with, I hope Man U extend their lead to 9 points tomorrow, but no matter what happens, we can't lose ground to Chelsea this round now.

L4S best get those tissues handy for when my beloved arsenal beat your Man U!

Still want man u to win the league though. :D

HOLY CRAP! What a goal by Van Persie and what an assist by Henry!

OH MY GOD DOUBLE THAT FOR HENRY!!!!! Wow, what a goal!

edit: Lol, Famine beat me to it. Wow, I'm so happy I was able to get this game on the p2p feed.

Okay, so i've just finished watching the footie match with my brother, Manchester United vs. Arsenal..

Arsenal won 2 - 1.

My brother is happy and stuff 'cause he surports Arsenal, and i surportted them during that match too, 'cuase personaly Manchester Unites are.. Well.. jusy over-rated? But yeah, back to the piont. The end of the match, and my brother jumps up, and chants..

"Who are ya, who are ya!"

I look back at the television, and the whole arsenal crowd is chanting this phrase too! Here i am, sat thinking what the heck, does it mean when you shout "Who are ya?!" if anything?!

Maybe it's just me, being a girl, and not having too much knowledge of football, but i was just woundering, What does it mean?!

Anyone out there know?
