Big game for Man U on Sunday against west Ham, new manager, home game, they'll be fired up and trying to impress.

Great result for the Premiership.

Incidentally, what's with all these supoib volleyed goals of late? Matty Taylor twice, Tom Neverheardofhim and Didier Drogba today...

We couldn't get that final peice working today, the possesion and number of shots we had tells the story. I thought this game could be a bad one for us, with Curbishly taking over from Pardew, and the players desperate to impress him. I think we should have won by far, we could have been 3 or 4-0 up within 30 mins. Just not our night, we're still in front which is what counts but having at least a 3 point buffer would have been nice. As for Chelsea's game, poor Everton, getting the lead twice, and then losing in the last 9 mins. I'd feel sorry for them if they wern't a Liverpool club :sly:.

How often would you like them? :D

Evan post league table now damnit.

And then Reo Coker scored!

Are Chelsea your fantasy team? That's weird. I can see them too.

Does your fantasy team get points every time he dives too?

Fantasy football team. :grumpy:

Edit: God damnit i'm going to miss most of the bloody matches because i've got to go buy people stuff. If only I had a portable radio.

Yeah, earlier this season Arsenal couldn't score for ther life, that's a hell of a result. Also Man U won 3-0, first half was a bit so so, second half was a totally different story. Ronaldo scored 3 times but one was off side and Scholes has scored a contender for goal of the season, what a strike. If you haven't seen it it's worth watching MoTD for. The Chelsea match is about to start, so I'll be watching that, hoping that they drop points.

Good win for the toon! 3-1 over Tottenham.

Also should be going yo Chelsea v Wycombe in january, Suzzie is a Chelsea fan.

Oh dear.

What a depressing end to a fantastic second half, even if I was neutral in that game I think I'd be saying Wigan were hard done by, they deserved a point. How many games have have Chelsea won now by scoring right near the end, must be 3 or 4 at least this season. First half hour was all Chelsea, it looked like Wigan would have to resort to damage control. Then they started to play and they scored right before half time, then again during the second half. which was all Wigan. At least until Jewel started making substitutions he didn't need to make with less than 10 mins to go. As for Robbens goal, what on earth was Kirkland doing moving away from near post, you know exactley what Robbens going to do, he's completely one footed, there's only one reason why he's be turing across like he did. And Kirkland opened the gap for him. You have to give Chelsea credit still simply for the effor tthey put in to keep going so late in the game, but I think Wigan deserved a point.

I'm just annoyed that a red haired wee nyaff who plays in midfield isn't Scottish! We've got copyright on that!

But man u already have a quality scottish player.

Darren Fletcher

Sorry I couldn't say that with a straight face.

Awesome goal by Scholes though, shame he doesn't score as much as he used to though.

Yeah but he is 32 now, and he was no Teddy Sheringham to begin with.

Pah, Darren Fletcher is a poor excuse of a Scottish midfielder! He's not ginger enough. He's certainly no Wee Gordon Strachan. He's not even a Stuart McCall!

Anyway, don't mock Scottish Football. I don't recall England being top of their European championships qualifying group.... :sly:

Isn't fletcher blond? Now thats an odd one a blond scottsman.

As for him being any good though, I would say there are better scottish midfielders than he anyway.

darren Fletcher is too weak on the ball, his passing isn't bad and his work rate is good, but he's easy to muscle off the ball and the areas of his game that's he's not bad at arn't good enough or as many as a Man U player should have imo. He might improve, he's only young, but then we have better young players that we've sent on load like Bardlsey and Rossi, though Rossi has done nothing while he's been at Newcastle. He has plenty of potential but if he can't tap into it then it's useless.

Thats all fletcher is good with, work rate and scoring that dodgy header when you beat us 1-0 that time. Also fletcher is like 25 now so he isn't that young.

He's younger than me, he's low 20's.

EDIT: Actually he's 23 but near enough 24, just checked and his birthdate is in Feb so he's a couple of months away from being 24. Yeah so he's not as young as I thought. Still younger than me though, as I thought.
