Battlefield: Hardline

I liked this beta. Especially heist. The gameplay there makes me think about counter strike which I think is a good thing.
Bulletdamage needs a couple of tweaks though. That M16A3 was so OP.
Also, 300kills and about 50k and you can use that gun on both sides.

I got killed by the M16 a lot. I only have the starter AR. When does the beta end? I thought it was the 8th but I can still play it

The Beta only features some of the weapons, correct?

All of them except for the 3 Pre Order Assault Rifles.

On the matter of wich, I hope you can get them other ways than just Pre Ordering the deluxe version. I will pre order the game but i cant get the Deluxe version because in the UK it has been monopilised by GAME (Video Game retailer). So they are the only outlet selling it. I will be getting the inevitable premium for Hardline so i'll be surprised if they are not included with that however (Hopefully they are).

On the Beta. I really enjoyed it, It was a fresh relief from the seriousness and fairly slow pace of BF4. I really like the new more responsive and quicker player movement and I for one was a fan of the quicker TTK. In a fairly infantry focused and more close quarters style gameplay it made sense to me and fitted in well. I liked the modes and maps. I have a gripe with Heist however, Its not so much a critisism of the mode but rather the players themselves. Countless times I felt I was the only one trying to capture packages or Chase after and return them. A lot of the time I would pickup a package and find myself alone and with no help to get it to the drop off point. Me marked on the minimap and no one on my team helping me to move the package. Most of my team mates playing TDM on the bank roof or on the multi storey parking lot oblivious to whats actually going on. When played with a competent team however it was very enjoyable and is good simple idea for a mode. Conquest is just Conquest ofcourse, I really liked Dust Bowl though. I think its a perfect size and scale. Its big enough for vehicles and 64 players but its perfect as all the flags are no more than 250-300 metres away so running from flag isn't very painfull at all. Bonus points for the Breaking Bad influences to :)

The Progression and Unlocking system is great. I love the buy what you want aspect for the weapons and attachments its a lot less hassle and a lot fairer way of doing things.

I like the weapons and classes to, My favorite being the 37 Stakeout, Uzi, UKS-74, AKM and P90. Ofcourse I like the M16A3 and M416 for their performance but these weapons offered character as well as performing acceptably.

I unlocked the 4 class sidearms through assignments aswell. The G17 for the operator is the best in class. The .410 Jury is more of a novelty weapon however and while powerful at close range can be inconsistent. The Bald Eagle is basically the best Single Shot sidearm in the game along with the .44 Mag and .357RS. The Mac 10 is a great machine pistol and best in class only bettered in close range performance by the K10 SMG.

Overally I really enjoyed the Beta I got up to rank 70 and I am looking forward to release immensely. :)

So anyone getting it? Against better judgement I ordered it and preloaded it as we speak. I hope it's as good as the pre/reviews are saying it is. :)

I got it and it's still in the nice wrapper. Will I play it today/tonight? Probably not, Tomorrow, Probably not due to GT6, Maybe thursday?

So I have about 3 hours of gameplay for MP logged on BF Hardline, and honestly it blew my mind. It is an amazing, fun, great variety, all around great game. I'm currently level 14 (almost 15) already at day 1. I played the Beta quite extensively as well and honestly I thought very highly of it then as well.

Anyone that has enjoyed BF in the past I would absolutely recommend purchasing this, even if you've never been a huge BF fan but want an FPS to play, definitely pick this up. I played the first 2 missions of the Campaign (Story) and it's been great as well. Honestly, I've seen nothing wrong with this game at all, 10/10.

Played a bit of the campaign and I like the show style approach. I have found a few shotguns and Smgs but prefer my handgun, fits the cop character more. I don't like the freeze/arrest situation, it not only gets old fast but sometimes there will be a guy 10 ft away from where I'm arresting and he never notices a thing. Also found a few AI glitching at times but overall a cool premise.

Also played, *ahem, attempted to play a few MP matches of Conquest. Very familiar but felt unique with the Police vs Bad Guy approach. Maps that I played were fun and the whole time was thinking how'd they play in BF4, only because the chaos between cops and thugs (32v32) seemed unrealistic on that level. *Had a few disconnects but not on the usual BF level

Overall it seems like it will provide some fun over the next few months. If there were innocent AI running around the MP matches and you'd lose xp by killing them, it would provide a much better cops vs robbers game, IMO.

EDIT- Put some time into other game modes and Crosshair is so far my favorite. 5v5 short, last man standing type matches. Get VIP to extraction point or take him down.

I'm loving bf hardline. Didn't think I would like it but so much fun. My first game in blood money I had no idea what I was doing so I grab 10 bags of money and wonder what I'm meant to do with it then realise i have to take it back to base but get shot while doing so it's a great game with different ideas I like it :D. The graphics are an improvement from bf4 hopefully the campaign is not glitchy though. Also got a triple kill while 3 enemies were trying to get money from the vault.

I'm loving Hardline also. When I first heard about the game, I didn't like the cops and criminals theme, but I personally don't even notice it a lot of the time.

Absolute blast to play. 👍 My skills are extremely rusty though, I die at least three times for every kill. But I really like the concept so far, easily one of my favorite Battlefield games.

This game has been an odd one for me....I didn't play the beta, wasn't too interested in it but the wife picked it up for me and from what I have played it has been nothing but fun. I have been pleasantly surprised how good it is.

I will admit I thought the whole Cops vs Criminals was a stretch DICE/Visceral were trying to do to 'change' the direction of FPS or start something new. I wasn't sold on the idea at all but it is actually quite an interesting scenario. I am enjoying myself!

Was wondering what level some of you guys are at in MP, I myself am currently at LvL 33 and I got this game day 1 (March 17th) honestly agree with a lot of you guys on the cops v criminals idea, it was actually pretty cool for them to do something new. Genuinely enjoying this game, it's more than a "BF4 add-on"

I've barely touched the multiplayer apart from one or two matches. I'm too enthralled in the singleplayer!

I'm lvl 4 haven't played much online but will get round to it at some point. I started the campaign which I'm enjoying and at least there's no corruption issues with it.
