Electronic fines (E-Fines) are given out by a police officer in the helicopter (replay camera). (Only one person may be in the helicopter at a time.) No officer has to be present on ground to give out fines. All offenders must be given at least one warning before a fine is given out. E-Fines can only be given out for speeding, all other fines must be given out by an officer on the ground. Electronic fines can only be used on long tracks like Sierra, Special Stage Route 7, etc. All rules that apply to regular fines apply to E-Fines.

What do you guys think about E-Fines?

Logical enough for cops, but a nuance to speeders and troublemakers. I say that it should be used to call out speeders instead of handing out fines there.
Fair Enough. We can do it like that, but we gotta keep it. Also can we have like different units say like regular for patrol then interceptor for mid way chases and enforcer for major chases?

Well, create a warning system for the Helicopter.

  1. Warning given in chat
  2. Second warning given after 30 seconds of notice
  3. E-Fine issued
(Mostly for people who don't listen though, please)

You know what would be awesome? If I can read your sentence.

I'm thinking about taking it out all together to be honest. When it does get used, it's carried out incorrectly.

I just say call out the speeder in the cop chat, and when an officer sees that speeder, give them that ticket that caught them speeding. That's just my .02

Or take it out and leave half of the room in chaos. K.
