Anyone else finding stuttering again now since the update? :(
It always stutters when it has fresh shaders to compile. In the past the stuttering went away for me after playing the new stage a couple of times.

On Reddit someone has been heavily hinting through DMs that they have ‘inside info’ about the Hard Chargers content and are basically saying that both the 2017 spec Yaris and i20 will be included alongside the Escort WRC already found in the game files. That also, given the difficulty with Toyota licensing, opens the door for a Celica and/or Corolla but thats just hypothetical.

The question is, do we actually believe that. I’d be happy with two more recent-ish WRC cars to be added in, but it’s based off some bloke on reddit. What I do like is how fans of this game are absolutely champing at the bit for new content.

We already have the Escort WRC.

I wouldn’t trust anybody with “inside information”, not even me.

I do know what’s in Hard Chargers though:

What you mean can't trust random Reddit folks? How are we supposed to know things in advance? By being patience and waiting?   That's no way to live :D

Escort Group A circa ‘93 is in the game, Escort WRC is the one from 1997/98.

I mean, there’s not a massive visual difference admittedly.

I dunno I think there's quite a big difference visually when you put them side by side.

I think it would be a good addition either way, from a different ruleset so it gets a pass.

It's funny, sometimes I notice the difference really easily between different evos of car - the Lancer Evo IV vs V, the facelifted Imprezas, 03 Focus WRC etc - but the difference between the 1996 Escort Group A and the 1997 World Rally Car always went over my head till I just looked at a picture of them and thought 'yeah, there's a lot different'. Especially the rear wing, which is a really distinctive feature of the Group A car.

My '96 Repsol livery I made for that car is maybe the one I'm most proud of, and I'll be straight on with the '97 one too if it does indeed get added. Unless it's included obviously.

There's a few Exterior differences. Gr.A had the whale-tail spoiler like you say. Whereas the WRC Escort had the more regular WRC style spoiler, More aggressive front bumper/aero (Similar to the front bumper on the Escort Maxi Kit car) and went to a rear-exit exhaust instead of the GR.A's Side-Exit exhaust.

I feel the same with my livery, I think I might do another.

But then again, I'd not seen this one before, I might do that one aswell

This is a Jolly Club (Famous team who ran Lancia's before they left Rallying) - Franco Cunico livery (Multiple Italian Champion) in the 90's

Was it Jolly Club that ran those absolutely beautiful black and gold Esso liveried S4s and 037s?

Satellite teams do some great liveries.

However the Martini stripes are my absolute worst thing to pull off in the livery editor so I might give that one a pass due entirely to lack of skill.

The black and gold Lancia's were Team Grifone. Jolly Club entries used to look similar to the factory cars but instead of the Martini And Rossi sponsorship it was Totip with a orange and green livery
