whats the best car to get and sell for easy money?

the Kubelwagon gave 73,500/sell, but are there any cars past 1992 that give a better value?

The kubelwagen was the best way to get money before they semi-fixed the Bday glitch.
Now I strongly recommend you race on indi instead, you will get money much faster.

I tried again with 2010 and it is still working reat for me. I read through all the comments here with the issue of not beeing able to get cars above 2004-2005 and i kind of observed that this problem only happens to canadian people.

Is it acctually possible that the canadian version of GT5 has a parental restriction on it? I'm playing with the UK version and a friend of mine got the Austrian/German version and on both games it works fine with the Hong Kong method.



You are better off and achieve a higher credit/time ratio if you do the indi race. I know it's boring but it only lasts for 4 minutes which is 2 minutes faster than making and account, getting the car, gifting it and deleting the user again. It's faster + more credits + you earn xp = better way to get credits.

Please don't forget, you still have the game for playing, and if the game provides you with a better mean of gettin credits you should use it.

I'm in Canada and have no problem with any years.

Just incase you guys do not know but you can acctualy get two cars from each created account. what you do is get the car you want... then send it to your real account. go back and delete the save game from the created account and get a new car you want with it. wait untill the next day and then send it to your real account...

This theory is nonsense, I'm using the Hong Kong method because I neither have a credit card nor do i live in a country which supports Master/Subaccounts. It worked fine for me and it is still working.

All I can say again is that you have to check back directly on the ps3 into your main account where you can see the sub account child protection rules and see if the chat function is really enabled. It happened several times for me that I enabled those function while creating the account and afterwards they were disabled.

Another point you can try is setting the ps3 child protection rules to 9 (which is no child protection rules) because if the accounts work for >2005 then it may not be the games fault but the ps3 restricting access to certain features.

I was 'grinding' the glitch yesterday and I got everything from Oreca 908 to almost all Nascar cars and even some Standard cars from 2010! that I didn't know they are ingame but no Ferrari F1. Did anybody get it with the help of the glitch or can we say that it's worthless trying again and again to get it.

By the way, I think you can still get more then one gift car per day for your main account. That's what I did. I gifted a car and then immediately used the ticket in my main account before gifting another car.

I'm only saying that the theory is nonsense which says that this does not work for Hong Kong main/subaccounts. I'm not saying that the problem with the parental controll is nonsense or anything else. However i do know that the Hong Kong way works for many people I know in RL and no one has any problems with them.

Also a argument which comes to my mind and supporting my theory is that it seems to work for US accounts when inputing CC information. If there were any parental controls in the game it would not work for any country you try. Because this parental controll is on your ps3 on the game so there's no way that it will work in one country and not in another one.

This whole problem seems very strange for me because there is no logical and explainable reason why it should work for some and not for others, except there are some changed ps3/account functions which are the reason. It's like on the pc when something does not work. In most cases you only need to make a tick somewhere and then it magically works.

However I did not want to offend anyone here and I'm sorry if my previous post offended someone. I'm not a native speaker so the way I write some things may seem a bit offencive. Sorry for that.

-On my PS3 Created a new User, make sure Parental Controls (Hardware) were OFF Again, and Entered my Sub Account Info

I dont if has sense or not, but im do the way of GaothMaclachlan and it works for me, before i spend some hours triying to make it work and GaothMaclachlan give me the solution.

HK master and sub-account, sub-acc work just to 2004, not later.

Not to rain on any special parade or anything but, you know all's they have to do is take away the server that handshakes these requests, then we wont be able to give them to anyone, so keep it up, ruin it like the people did that made PD push GT5 back for the 3.50 release. Just figured I'd say thanks in the future and for all the other people who will in turn, wish the gift feature was still around to do things the normal way when people really did need a car for something or to just be nice.

It's ok, I'll enjoy working for these the normal way, and if someone needs something or vice versa, I'll make sure to use the gift feature how it was intended.

Guys, I need some help..please bare with me. I'm experienced in creating('92 and older), but keep getting stuck at some point after creating the child-acct.
-So I logged online to my master acct and created a child acct for the year 2006..
-then, I took off parental controls to the child-acct, and finished creating the acct on my PC..
Now comes the part where I get stuck.. what follows from this point on in order to get 2006 cars?
Do I need to login on my PS3 using my master acct? Do I create a new User name? or should I create a new Login ID? I'm asking beause UserIDs and LoginIDs are two diferent things..
So.. How do I obtain the cars with such newly created child-acct(2006)??

Freakin' A guys, I finally got it. I realized I had to create a new user ID while logged in under the master acct and input the new user ID with the child email address instead of the master acct email address. Finally!!

Question for those who are still trying this.. Is the exploit limiteing the gifts to only 2 cars per day/acct now? I received 2 of the Ferraris I imported from an '06 acct, but didn't get the 3rd car which was an '06 Raybring NSX Race Car..

Hello birthday doodz, I don't know if anyone has hipped you all to this but it is possible to get 4 cars per account. You can send yourself 2 cars before it starts sending them and you never recieve anything. Then after that you can send yourself 2 *tickets* and then cash them in once you get them before it stops you from being able to send anymore tickets. I tried waiting until the next day and couldn't send myself anything else. If anyone knows a way to get more than 4 cars per account PM me so I can be wise to the goings on.
