I just did this and got both the P3 and MarkIV GT40! Finally beat that stinking Professional Historics race. Had to do the Monaco race twice, I spun on the last lap near the swimming pool and gave up the lead. I almost feel guilty.

1970 -> Challenger -> Buy Race transmission -> Seasonal Event -> Win -> Buy and tune GT-R V-Spec-> Seasonal Event -> Win -> Level 15 with 1,500,000 cr.

figured i'd post a guide i wrote on another forum for anyone out there still wanting to do this.

i still do this daily as for me this game is about collecting the cars and taking photos more then anything.

its a bit long but it should be easy to follow.

so let me know what you think if you try my method.

generally i do this once a day and i usually do 10 at a time, then take a break and do another 10 later on in the night.

STEP 1:create 10 accounts (or as many as your going to do at a time) on your PS3, i just keep em as user 1, user 2 etc.

just create them and dont do anything else yet.

STEP 2: go to your computer with internet access. and open up some browsers.

personally i have 3 firefox browsers setup with different profiles for each (google if you dont know how to do this)

and my 1 internet explorer. i find having 4 gives me the best timing to do the next bit.

STEP 3: either bookmark or roboform these 2 links so there easily accessible.

http://10minutemail.com

https://store.playstation.com/accounts/register/beginNewAccountRegistrationFlow.action

STEP 4:

open your first browser window and go to http://10minutemail.com and get your 10 min email. copy the address.

then head over to the PS registration link and begin to register an account.

when prompted use the email from the 10min mail you generated.

for Bday put the day it is your doing it, the month your doing it, and whatever year you want the car from.

you will get to a point where it says you need to do an email confirmation to continue.

once you get to this part, close that window and go back to your 10min Email and check the inbox for the link, it can take upto a minute sometimes so be patient.

STEP 5:

click on the link from the email,

once done you get to the stage where you have to put in your online ID

i just paste in the email which is still on the clipboard and delete the @ part forward, so it generally comes out like C520204. you can do whatever you want but i've found this to be the quickest way and it will always be available.

STEP 6:

next you will be prompted to put in your address.

this part is easy, use whatever letter is easiest for you to type quickest and put that letter into:

street part 1, (can leave part 2 part 3 blank)
city

for state you need a proper state
and for postcode u need a proper postcode.

just use your own state and pc as there generally the easiest to remember and quickest to type for most people.

so basically for the address part you will have 1 letter in most boxes, except for STATE and PC.

simple and quick.

STEP 7:

continue on, and follow the prompts, it gets quicker from here and once you have done it a heap of times you can do it very quickly.

so you basically click NO for the billing info.

next you just leave everything unticked and click next.

click next again and then your registered.

this is by far the quickest way to create multiple accounts.

so thats your first one, but if your like me your 10min email will still have 8mins left on it.

so this is where having multiple browsers comes in handy.

open up your next browser and if its a seperate mozilla profile, when you go to 10min email it will generate you a new email.

repeat the steps above and use as many browsers as you need until you have a cycle and never have to wait around for the emails to destruct.

do this until you have the desired amount of accounts created.

you should have a list and once your done you can go back to your PS3 with your ready to go accounts.

STEP 8:

best to do this part with a usb keyboard to speed things up.

open up each of the ps3 accounts you created before and go to create new account like before

however this time click the option "use an exisiting account"

and put your account details in you wrote down.

STEP 9:

once you have done that, go to friends, and add your main account

very important not to forget this part as it will slow you down heaps if you do.

now rince and repeat this for all 10 accounts you created. go into the ps3 account, sign in with your new account, add your main as a friend, and go to the next one.

dont bother going to your main to accept the friends request until you have done all the accounts.

STEP 10

once you have done the accounts, go to your main and go to message list.

click on recieved, and go thru and accept all the friends requests.

i've found this the quickest way to acccept multiple friends requests.

STEP 11:

now comes the fun part, all the above can usually be done in about 20-30mins tops.

the rest is the long part because of GT5s epic long slow load up time and stupid screens you have to press X on.

so get a book, browse a forum or have a tv near by or music going or something to keep you occupied or you will go mad with boredom.

i generally read a book lol over time you will get to the stage where you dont even need to look at the screen for the next part.

so basically what you do is this:

load up user 1
load up GT5

first thing you have to do is Press X for stupid HDD access box.

then as soon as you do this start holding the down button on the dpad (quicker then analog stick)

after the loading a box comes up with T&Cs, since your already holding down it scrolls to the bottom.

EDIT FOR ABOVE THANKS TO ELKAY:

you don't need to scroll the agreement. You can just quickly tap right-left.

should save everyone a bit more time, me included thanks mate!

press left, press X to accept.

now you can start mashing the X button.

it will go past the language select, the screen size select, and skip the movies.

keep mashing X, it will get to the start screen and go into GT mode.

first thing that comes up is uniform select so press right and press X to accept.

mash X again from here on wards until you hear all the beeps, its 3 beeps at the end which means you have your gift certificate.

press down twice to go to community

select your main

go to gift, item, mash x like 4 times and once its down PRESS PS button and quit game.

RINCE AND REPEAT for all your accounts you created.

once you have done all of them, you can go into your main and go from there.

have fun, it might seem like a lot of effort but for collectors like me its just another part of the daily GT5 grind.

i create some accounts when i first wake up and check my emails etc and then spend about an hour a day dong the rest.

for me its the most effecient way of doing this glitch that i have found.

sorry for the long post lol but hopefully it helps someone out!

hadn't found a proper guide anywhere for this exploit and since they have changed things its become alot more painful. its no way good for money, its only useful for those like me who like collecting and want to get all the cars in the game.

With regard to the guide above, and because I haven't seen it mentioned, you don't need to scroll the agreement. You can just quickly tap right-left.

1970 -> Challenger -> Buy Race transmission -> Seasonal Event -> Win -> Buy and tune GT-R V-Spec-> Seasonal Event -> Win -> Level 15 with 1,500,000 cr.

Actually, use regular GT-R, cheaper that way. Final numbers:

Level: 18
Cr: 1,600,000

On top of that, I'm going to do all the special events again.

haha awesome all this time i've been doing this i didn't know. i always just scrolled cause a few times i accidently pressed x to quick and it declines which is a pain.

added to the guide with credits cheers!

so it still works after the update?

It works even better. Thanks to the Seasonal event and the relative ease of getting a Challenger, I made 1.6 million credits in 20 minutes.

Instead of my exploit save having only a Challenger, I have:

Challenger
GT-R
Scuderia
458
Every Corvette
Kart
And still have 1,000,000 cr left over.

They will be transferred to my main later. I'm also able to rewin all the events from A Spec and get the prize cars a second time.

okay I have to get this update done and figure out this challenger thing!

Is any one else having trouble gifting? I cant send more then 1 per day(anything it dose not matter if its a car, paint chip or car ticket), even if I delete the save data, it still says I have reached my limit

Could you explain what you mean by this?? And I think you mentioned smething about the Challenger?? Are you refering to the Seasonal events???

How do you get this 1.6 million credits so fast?!

Why don't you just change the date of your PS3 to your birthday, I don't see why people need to through all this trouble. Also, I think that this is a really stupid way of earning credits and things, why don't you just race.

It doesn't work that way, that's why.

Use the birthday exploit to get the Challenger, then

1970 -> Challenger -> Buy Race transmission -> Seasonal Event [Indy] -> Win -> Buy and tune GT-R V-Spec-> Seasonal Event [Skyline] -> Win -> Level 15 with 1,500,000 cr.

You can then buy a ton of cars, back them up, and send them to your main save.

Birthday Glitch 3.0 after game save update that will save you some time in finding a specific car in a year with lots of cars:

Set up PSN sub account as normal, select year you desire, open GT5 and do initial set-up. After getting pop-up saying you have received a birthday gift good for a car from year XXXX DO NOT got to the car delivery. Save and exit. Back up game. Go back to GT5 and redeem car. If not what you want, exit game and restore back up, repeat until desired car appears. This will save you from having to set up GTLife everytime. Of course you can only gift 1 car a day so this is best used to find that one rare car, but there is nothing stopping you from shipping a few $20k adjustable transmissions to your main account by buying one on each car attempt!

Variation on this - do a PSN with 1944 as a birth date and redeem your kubelwagen. Back-up game save. Send kubel to main account and restore back-up for $73k per day every day cash infusion into your main account (plus $20k in parts and the paint chips).

You know, all the time you take creating accounts, exiting out of the game, and shipping cars to accounts.. you could just play the game. You can make that 73K in one race. I guess I just dont get your thinking.

You are absolutely right there, There's no need to use this feature for any car which is worth less than 1 million or does not show up at the used car dealer.

Racing is boring as well, but you also get XP so it's "worth" more even if you use up the same amount of time.

Actually, it's useful for getting very expensive cars that would've taken countless hours to get by grinding for money and/or waiting for it to show up in the used car lot.

Has anyone figured out what the RESET is for the daily car trades? I know it's not every 24hrs and I know it's not midnight local time for me like it was. Anybody know?

I've tried creating a 2009 sub-account, but GT5 keeps saying that parental locks are turned on and thus can't connect online. I created a US account using the credit card method, so I don't understand why I'm having this problem...

The same way you backup any saved game. Go to the saved game, triangle and copy to flash drive.

UPDATE

I made a US account to see if I can get the christmas cars, so I decided to see what the BD exploit would get me(greed). It seems as though you get the same car over and over again, which sucks since they give you the lowest level car :D

edit-

Oh, scratch that. I was just unlucky enough to get the same ****** car 3 times in a row!

Before entering the game, on PS3 XMB move the cursor to GT5 and hit info, check to see if your game has parental locks, if its level 3, u need to create accounts <2004 so it works
