I give the pilot a 7/10, and if Netflix shows follow the trends set by other sitcoms, it should be an 8/10 by the end of the first season and possibly a 9/10 by the third season.

I watched the first two episodes tonight and while it wasn't terrible, I really didn't laugh at anything, either. I'm currently undecided if I'm going to bother continuing with it, especially with my backlog of other things to watch.

I've become slightly obsessed with the show after binging the first and second seasons. I loved how heavy and dark it went. Through to episode four I was enjoying it as a generic adult cartoon but it ended up turning into a character study that got really heavy towards the end.

Season 2 pulled no punches either. Was great for the entire season.
