@Bivittavus88 and everyone sorry, but I'm going to have to miss Friday's Lambo race in the end......A real painus in the anus!

I'll be there for Sunday's Brands enduro race, and back for the Renault race at Catalunya also! Good luck for Friday, and post some videos too of course!

No worries, mate. Just remember, Cayman race is next Sunday.

We're supposed to enjoy GT Sport? Dammit, knew I was doing something wrong :indiff:

But we thought you enjoyed getting tossed into the sand traps at the tracks. We swore that the show Baywatch was being brought back.

+5 points to whoever runs a Baywatch livery on Friday.

Hit another 45.7 last night. Didn't feel like a great lap, and I somehow forgot to pull the brake balance back to 0.

I think I can hit a low 45.

I hope I can hit a low 45 . . If I'm wanting another top 5, I don't want to start too far back from the fast guys.

Because we're doing practice sessions then quitting it doesnt save anything like mileage or BB changes. If you do it through the setup page it will still be there.

I ran +3 last night which felt pretty good. Tyre wear should be okay over a race distance but the rear will definitely be a looser at the end.

Noted. I'll change it in the settings tonight. I've tried running further back than 0, and I find it only really helps through the two Lesmos. Trailing the throttle into both, with 0 BB seems to give a pretty similar feeling, though.

Yeah, tyre wear will be fine. May be a little more slidey for the last 4/5 laps, but nothing uncontrollable.

If I don't have the most rear wear at the end of the race, I haven't done my job right.

Did a 47.5ish the other day, so getting a bit better I guess. Need to do my livery but my controller has a drifty left stick that really hasn't been helping.

Would you like me to make you a livery? Requests in pm :)

I've just realised that all my practice sessions have been with the 19:30 time of day, instead of 17:00 as I mentioned a few posts back. Balls.

Notes on a postcard below, as to which you all want me to run.

That’s a pretty good time. My best is low 46.

Aye, I'm pretty happy with it. It's a much trickier combo than it looks on paper, though.

Agree, its trickier than it looks. I carried loads of speed thru the first chicane on one lap. Don’t know how I did it. My optimal that session was 45.5.

I think I’ve got more speed to find at second Lesmo. Scrubbing speed off really costs down the straight.

I’ve been using 5pm, but if 7.30 wins out I don’t mind.

Comparing my sector times to @GOTMAXPOWER, I'm losing a tenth or two in S1, and the same in S3. S2 I lose a massive amount of time.

Mostly because he's far better at navigating the two lesmos than I am.

I don't mind which time we race, I'm not using the shadows for braking zones but some probably have been.

I think the rear BB helps in the Lesmos, they seem like the only corners where you're fighting understeer.

Leave it to my work to screw me again. Making me work late Friday. I'll be leaving work at qualifying time. :irked:

No worries, man. Hopefully we'll see you for the next one.

Or the Cayman 300. Can't remember if you've seen that thread, or not . .

Tyre wear after race distance. TC-1. BB-0.

Pretty happy with the consistency. Couple of tank slappers out of Ascari in the latter laps (the couple of 47s) and one spin at the second chicane on lap 15. Other than that, it's mid to low 46s at race pace. Probably a couple tenths faster in reality, as I started with 100% fuel.

Ended this run with 43% remaining. So, there's no fuel concerns at 60%.

@Mistah_MCA @GOTMAXPOWER @Kermit_2142, given that one of you will be leading the formation lap, feel free to start the race at any point after this curbing starts, coming out of Parabolica.

I think you have me confused with kermit, I've barely been able to get into the 46's with this combo. MRs are not my friend... that said.
TC-1. BB-0.
I'll have to try this.
