Sort of OK night, was slightly off the pace but not as bad as last week as I decided to dump the set-up I got last minute last week, put in a 59.5 which was only good enough for 11th on the grid but still 2.5 seconds off pole. Had a good battle in the first race being as high as 8th before the faster guys behind overtook me and went on to finish 11th.

Feature race I nailed the start and manage to lead by the 1st turn after starting 4th, led the first lap before @V8-Johnboy got past for the lead and then I managed to hang onto 2nd for a few laps while losing 2 seconds a lap to JB, eventually got overtaken by the pack then threw it off at the bottom of the circuit before rejoining with 3 cars behind me. Then on lap 8 or 9 I lose connection to the servers thus putting me out of the race.

I hope for a better performance at Motegi next week as these first 2 weeks have been poor by standards, would like to be consistently in the top 10 during the race, top 12 for qualifying as I know that i'm not a qualifying specialist.

Proper disadvantage for me next week I honestly don't know Motegi at all iv'e done 2 laps there to test for suitability for this that's it.:(

Same. Not a favourite layout of mine but straights should favour the Lexus.

Checked over the replays this morning as requested can I just point out the following.

1. Please don't feel the need to report incidents on behalf of other people generally many incidents are sorted amongst ourselves via psn message, pm etc. Further action will only be taken if the wronged driver officially reports it to the stewards, we will not go looking for penalties willy nilly. We do not want a Strawman Andy style report situation at the end of every race.

2. Bumping is a part of racing, however intentionally wrecking another car
is not, and will not be tolerated.

^ Taken directly from the OP. I would like to highlight the first 6 words, taking into account the background of some of the guys racing last night im baffled why the need to bring up such minor contact is necessary quite honestly.

3. Remember if you wrong a driver WAIT I understand its a difficult judgement call at times but if your sat there wondering it usually means you should be waiting.

4. I stumbled across the odd track boundary violation I didn't take the time to watch anyones entire race back so the seriousness of any particular offender I cant comment. So will aim this at all of us if you run wide lift off and rejoin safely please. If someone reports you for not doing this it's going to be very difficult for us to defend you.

5. Track re entry. I'm one of the worst for desperately trying to re join the track after a mistake I understand how desperate we feel to get going again. Please try to be aware of what's approaching and more importantly how fast! Pick your moment however many places it costs you and join safely failure to do so may cost you more at the end of the race anyway.

The standard from my point of view felt very high considering this wasn't the easiest track for overtakes the above is simply a gentle reminder. Good racing guys.

I very nearly jumped the start of race 2. My thumb slid off the brake, but luckily the lights went out at that moment and I got a perfect start. I was up to 8th/9th entering turn 1 thanks to that and other drivers actually jumping the start.

Something just struck me, like lightning from the bluest of skies: the car numbers.. I don't think I ever chose a number. Is #77 free? :)

Any help for the vipers straight line speed?
You fitted the super charger? Struggle to boost a race winning car:guilty:

Watching the replays it was your corner exit speed that left the Viper vulnerable. Jags the same if that isn't nailed.:(
